Walgreens Pharmacy reviews
23 Well the pharmacist wouldn't give me my prescription that they already have in their system due to a corporate (not legal) policy detail and then had a conversation in front of everyone. Not cool. Inconvenient.
Will be permanently done with Walgreens for life after this is resolved.
The cashiers are rude, and the pharmacy staff are ALWAYS late on prepping meds. Told 10 minutes two separate times, each time made to wait an hour or more.
Horrible customer service from the pharmacy drive thru! They had me waiting over 45 minutes and they kept asking me to drive to the back of the line. This one pharmacist (might of been the supervisor) even raised his voice to me! Never going to this location again and i will contact corporate so they are aware of this!
