I got an oil change and a tire rotation done on 2 separate days. Everything went smooth. Thanks guys.

I think his name was Dustin. He did NOT want to help me at all. So I went to Firestone down the street and they were EXCELLENT!

This is the second time I have tried to give them a chance. The first time they didn’t order my tires and when I went in for my appointment they told me they couldn’t do anything about it (not even schedule a further appointment). This time I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on as soon as I picked the phone up. I recalled and was put on hold for another 10 minutes before I decided to go somewhere else. Bad service.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the service I received. Very grateful for their help

Took my car in for regular oil change. Next thing you know same day a few hrs later my engine blows out due to oil leak from them not verifying their work. Worst customer service from service manager in charge. He said, “you should’ve answered when i called now I’m busy. ”

Seriously, don’t go to this location.

It's before 8 am on Sunday and the staff at the tire center were rude, there was nobody "working" and they were standing around doing NOTHING. No help and were rude to the person I front of me. Yes I left!

Horrible communication and service. We had tires sent from Walmart.com. Tire center accepted the tires after they arrived via FedEx. We called to make an appointment and when when we showed up for installation they couldn’t find the tires. For a week and half there has been no communication. The assistant tire manager assured us she was working on it. Meanwhile, we have no tires that we paid for. They accept no responsibility for it. I would give them zero stars if I could. Also, while waiting for tire installation I had an oil change done. They put in the wrong oil and again claimed they did nothing wrong. Horrible place.

Not very happy! They just plugged an empty spot making the price misleading. The real cost was over $3.00 look at photo and how many there are. When you tell them, they stonewalling you stating a customer placed it on the shelf. In this case there are about 10 that are over stocked from the $3.00 price.
I honestly would have bought from Albertson's

They did not change oil for my car on the pretext that there is a plastic cover for the oil storage under my car! And they cannot open it. Maybe most cars have like this plastic covers.and that what the new manager of auto said after waiting for an hour.

Great. Quick service. Nice staff. Just wished I'd asked for oil change and lube and tire rotation instead of just synthetic oil change. No biggie I only drove about 2000miles in 3 years. Thanks to Covid restrictions from Jan 2020 till 2022. I'm old and only drive when necessary. So yeah the Walmart on Kolb and speedway is a great auto center. Thank you.

My daughter had a flat tire so I sent her to Walmart, she called me in tears, saying they were very rude, made her feel stupid and she over heard them talking trash about the customers. (Including her). This is her first time dealing with a flat tire, being her first car.
I've spent alot of money there and intrusted them to take care of her. But instead turned a bad situation into a horrible one. Never again! Not worth it!

Their tires will last u 6months-1 year. There is a reason why they are so much cheaper than any where else. Horrible quality in tires. Discount tire is a comparable affordable option.go there. And may I add discount tire has way better customer service.

They did well, and it's much less expensive for a synthetic job than other places. It took a bit longer than an express service facility, but I'm sure it's part of their deal to have you walking around the store while you're waiting. Like I said, the price is great.

I would give it five stars for service but a total of three stars because they sell me tires that keep getting punctured easily I've gone through three of them already in the year and a half word to the wise don't buy the cheapest tire unless you don't care

Excellent customer service and the associates are polite and professional, and the store was clean and organized.
A model store that the others should follow.

This location still has limited product selection due to repairs are ongoing after a fire last December. I was looking for a couple of cans of spray paint but was told by an associate it was in the section that is still not yet open. Atmosphere seems to be hazy or not well lighted in all parts of the store.

I would actually give it a zero if I could. I came in promptly at 6: 55am to have a simple oil change. It ended up that one of the employees that works there was also getting an oil change and jumped in front of me which is kind of funny because you're going to be there all day working so why are you getting first dibs? I was still willing to let this go but the guys running the whole system didn't even come up to my car after the initial greeting for 20 minutes, so I left. Horrible service. Inexcusable.

It was late and I was heading out on a 1500 mile drive, even very busy they got my truck in. Very friendly as well, Thank you guys.
