Walmart Auto Care Centers reviews
21 I bought a car battery in May 2020 and it is no longer holding a charge. I took it back to Walmart to have it checked and had to leave it over night. I went then next day and they couldn't find my battery. After about an hour of them supposedly looking for it, it suddenly appeared behind the counter. I was told what I expected that the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. In typical Walmart fashion they didnt have it in stock and didnt know when they would have it on stock. I was then told to go to another store to see if they had it. I asked for a refund so that I could buy another one at another store and was told that they could not refund it.
So in the mean time I have no battery for my car and will probably need to pay more money for another battery. Never again will I buy another battery from Walmart. I'd rather pay a bit more at another business an know that I am dealing with competent workers.
