We have been using this company for about 8-10 years and they have always been great, they are always on time and take the time to explain to you exactly what they are doing. They also send a helpful text of the tech that is going to be in your house. They send his picture so you know what to expect and some info on them! This is the best idea! He knew what our situation needed with our 2-1/2 year old unit. Very courteous, super customer service with both of us, on time, very hot in house due to air not working, never complained. He checked attic along with outside units, very thorough. Great tech to have on your Team!

Josh was on it and received a call he was on his way. Very polite and gave us all the time we needed yo inform my husband and myself the time we need to ask questions and help us understand what work need to be done. He cleaned up after himself. Joshua was knowledgeable person would do work with him again.

Hands down, the best AC service I got in the last 20 years, period. About a week ago, I called Western States for my AC malfunction. Mike Dixon showed up on time and provided an excellent service, and my AC was back on. He went above and beyond of what I was expecting, specially when it summer in AZ. I can not be happier.
