23Western States Home Servives Heating and AC is wonderful to work with. My ac unit was not working and I called for an appointment and the tech was at my house within a few hours. My problems were diagnosed and the problems were corrected and I had Air conditioning. I highly recommend using them.
Mike Dixon was awesome, we couldn’t replicate the problem so he checked absolutely everything, crossed the t’s and dotted the i’s. When leaving he made sure I had his contact info incase it happened again. I highly recommend the Western States maintenance contract, and sure would suggest you ask for Mike!
Jason was an excellent tech. From the moment he arrived his positive attitude was infectious. Jason was personable and so easy to work with. He answered any and all questions leaving us with a knowledge that all would be taken care of. I would recommend Jason for any air conditioning needs.
