Had a 2pm appt showed up at 1: 30 given a door right away and was done by 4: 30pm. Not bad. They use capstone for lumpers here no cash accepted.

Typical grocery joint, rude people who would honestly rather spit on you than talk to to you, why are these people always so rude? And always slooow!

Be prepared to wait here for about 2-3 hours they assigned me a door quickly in which they have over 300 of them unloading took several hours also I only had 10 pallets if I could rate less than one star definitely will.

Not to bad, the lady called me preety fast like in 30 minutes before appointment time. 9: 30 for a 10: 00am appointment. Lumpers were $84 for 7 pallets of tomatoes from San Antonio Texas. Was out by 11 am not bad. I’ll come back here.

Capstone runs the show here, took 30 minutes to unload and 2 hrs for the paperwork. 134 dollars for the lumper fee.

I've been here since 3: 30pm for a 4: 00pm appt and it's now 5: 50pm this place sucks balls also there a ridiculous lumper fee and the lady at the desk is total b*tch who doesn't really care about her zero college degree job

Took 9 hours. They say you can park across street. Lies. Some dude named cowboy will bang on your door all night till you move cause the street is shared with both business and residential. Staff is incredibly rude and don't come in early. You will burn yourself

Friendly people get you and on your appointment time get you unloaded and rolling down the road

Had an appointment for 9pm got here at 6pm and they took me) got empty at 8: 30pm. The only bad thing is they have lumper

Sounds like nice detention fee place. Why people hate waiting? You can make extra money sitting there without burning gas and truck wearout!

My appt. Was 2pm i was here 2 hrs early right now its 5: 51 still got red light very bad service. Hope never see this company again

This place is full of human trash and lazy people. All the reviews are correct they will take hours to unload you. You will definitely not be unloaded even 1 minute early and everybody is just rude. If the whole place burned to the ground we would all be better off.

This place is not good at all. I have been unloaded and have a green light since 2 hrs, waiting to receive a call about my lumping amount, so I can pay, get my bills and leave.

Strictly by appointments, will not give you a door, not even 5 min earlier. (but 1 hr later after your apt time). They can check you in at guard and send you to staging area 4 hrs before your apt. Unloading takes 2-5 hrs and need to pay lumper. (Does not matter if you have a full load or few pallets)

Same complaint as everyone else. Unloading is terrible. Plan on being here for hours. All Wincos are this way. Don't even think about getting here early. I've been in the door 3 hours so far.

After waiting in the staging area i got call to go door and 1 hour waiting for them to call me to pay them and still here

They have the best smoked turkey legs! I also love the mixed nuts in the bulk food section. The associates are very nice and helpful.

Like most of the other driver said, and Lisa roseberry if u don't know the 24 hour don't talk about, there isn't 2400 it's call at 00: 00 hour, it don't matter that u can be here 4 hour earlier than ur appointment if u gonna wait those 4 hour to get call and another 4 or more after
