After i read all the reviews, i just knew i would be here a long time. But, i called to confirm del appmt, and was told i could get there early. After waiting 5 minutes in the staging area, i was assigned a door. Only took them 2 hrs total. Really nice people there

Dry receivings office is absolutely impossible to communicate with. I'm a truck driver and delivering here.

We are here to deliver product. Arrived an hour early. They informed us to park in staging area until our scheduled time unless someone calls. At 5min to our time we call. They said oh you could just go to door ### at anytime when you got here. Well, 5 hours later the last hour of which the green light finally is on and we are still waiting for the paperwork and lumper fee. Oh and there are no trucks lined up, we are the only one delivering. Seriously! Poor receiving.

SLOW! SLOW. BEEN HERE FOR 3 1/2HRS. POOR SERVICE AND BESIDES THEY MAKE U WAYT WILL BE CHARGE $264.00 FOR LUMPER.

Check in guard was awesome. Unload time, not so much. The worst part was the 45 minute wait between finishing the unload and telling me the lumper fee.

Read the previous reviews, thought we would be there forever and a day, but we have delivered there twice within the last 14days. Each time was there for minimum of 2 1/2 hours tops. Not as bad as most union places.

This place sucks. They treat drivers like carp. Showed up an hour early for the appointment, didn't get unloaded for 7 hours.

Extremely slow unloading. Was 15min early for a 05: 00 appt time. It's now 08: 45 still have red dock light on

Just another receiver with young kids for lumpers who don't care. Gonna charge you a ridiculous amount just to make you sit and wait. Typical.

People inside are nice, but theyre very slow. One even told me he had partied too hard the night before.
The girl behind the desk was very unhelpful and curt. No personality whatever. I think she hates her job.
Place has plenty of backing room but weird directional traffic.

There is a very nice guy, he works in shipping receiving, he is name is Ramon, very polite and humanity and nice preference for the music, I really liked him, hope to see him again) actually he likes Metallica and raves

The unloading was ok, call me with lumper fees and gave them a recheck right away, 1 and 1/2 hours and still waiting for the paperwork, they should have a better system for the lumpers.
