24 Hour Fitness, Woodland Hills CA

I don’t care about the dirt that everyone is saying, about the weights left all over the place and etc.
All I care about is the kids club, I’m a mom, and going to the 24 is not just my free personal time, it’s also something that I really like to do!
My daughter loves to go to all kinds of kids clubs, but at this one she’s always crying (why? No, not because there a bad people working, I love all the girls there, they are great! It’s simply because there’s no toys I mean, literally, one table, tv, few balls and a kitchen ‍️
Come on guys you can do better, it’s a huge room!
This becomes a big problem and I really don’t want to leave 24.
Please put more toys

So bad customer service, everything is broken, they just get your money but don’t care about stuff that need repair or be fix.

I’m righting about the village Woodland Hills location
The ladies room one of them out of service for 2 month, all ways out of toilet paper, the soap dispenser broke, water from the sink barely coming out. The restroom upstairs all ways in bad condition stink very polluted toilet! Tomorrow I’m going to cancel my membership! Very sad they have very good teachers very bad service!

Leland was awesome. She gave my kids balloons. Nice kids club staff as well. Bathrooms however are filthy 50% of the time.

Unfortunately men think it OK to swim in their underwear and when I told the guy at the front desk he went in to check it out and he said they were in the pool so he couldn't do anything about it. Sorry but I'm not into it canceling my membership

The best swimming pool in the Valley! I quit Bay Club two years ago to join this one because of the new pool here. Plus Toni is the best instructor I have followed since I joined this gym. She adds the elegant touch to fitness with her ballet profession. I am very thankful to have this gym in my neighborhood ️‍️

I'm not a big fan of calling people out but the manager (Shay) knew my friend didn't have an ID and my ID was from out of state, but instead of letting us leave he made us think we could still use our 3 day pass so his employee could give us a tour and so he could practice his sales pitch. On the bright side we purchased a membership at Anytime Fitness! Highly recommend the staff at Anytime, after all you have to feel comfortable where you train.

I love how entitled people around here feel. Complaining about no WiFi? Lmao. Silly. This gym is awesome. Obviously, going during peak times will create the possibility of not finding weights. I go during non peak and it's fine. Yes, a little more cleaning would help and I think that would be limited if people that don't have memberships weren't allowed in. Love the views

Where should I start.first of all the customer service is a night mare. The locker room is filthy and not clean at all. 50 percent of the treadmills are broken and when brought up to management they seem to be ignorant and just brush off the situation. My next step will be to cancel this membership. I am done trying to give management a chance. It was a great gym when they first opened but since it has become a nightmare.

Equipment is always clean, the staff are polite and always say hello when I enter, and I often see staff putting weights and other equipment items back in place when no one is using them. No problems with this place. It's very busy during after-work hours, so if you don't want to wait around for equipment, then plan to go at a less busy time like mornings or later in the evening.

No WIFI? !? ! How can you be a "Super Sport" with no Wifi? What's super about that? Fallbrook is a much better location hands down with just that.

I love the facility at the new 24 hour. There equipment is always clean and I particularly love the sauna and steam room as well as the indoor basketball court

I literally couldn't find any pair of dumbbells that were any where near the rack. So much for being a super sport because the size of the gym is no where near other super sports that I've been to.
