23The rules are not inforced here. Members wear shoes in the saunas which is not allowed. Nobody from the management cares.
Being new to the area, we came here around 6: 30am to give the club a try with a guest pass provided online. We were told someone needed to activate the pass and they would not be in until 8: 30am. The pass online said nothing about time restrictions. How hard is it to do an activation on the computer? What's the point of having someone behind the counter doing absolutely nothing in the morning. Seriously, they turned us away and did not even provide an apology.
Ok place, I assume the equipments are good and people at front desk are nice. However I only use the pool and it’s usually crowded, two people sharing a lane. I avoid this by going at non-peak times. The showers need improvement, there are only one hanger inside each shower station and no shelves/counters so very hard to put all your stuff. This I feel definitely needs improvement, other 24 hour fitness locations have shelves.
