99 Cents Only Stores reviews
34Typical but very very small 99 cent store with an even smaller parking lot since the Starbucks across the street took their adjacent parking
This Santa Monica location is my little inexpensive go to Jewel when I'm having my budget moments. Most of the time they carry plenty of items and also a few surprise new additions like new release organic veggies, snacks, and discounted name brand toiletries they would hit your pockets heavier at the major chains. The Stores always pretty clean, same chill workers, parking ain't always the best tho, but still, you can a find a spot. And once inside you'll find something you want/need/needed to buy then your in/out of the checkout Lanes pretty fast. Good little store in an otherwise costly City.
It's small, very crowded, and messy. Parking is difficult. But it has a wide variety of necessities for only 99 cents.
Good prices. Good prices. Well stocked most of the time. I'm just glad I Don't drive. The parking lot is dangerous!
I would give this location a 0 if I could. The SLOWEST cashiers I have ever seen in my life! And I have worked as a cashier for 6 years, so I'm usually super understanding! 2 cashiers working both helping customers with 50+ items in their basket while about 20 of us are waiting with 3-4 items.so frustrating
They've got an HDMI cable for $1.99.if it actually works that alone was worth the trip. Medium sized selection and carries fruit and veggies.
Line's are to long the manager is no help doesn't want to help and can't be bothered in any way this store is in need of lots of help I tell friends and family's do not shop there
This is a smaller store in the 99 Cents Only chain, but they stock most of what's at the larger locations, including fresh produce at a fraction of supermarket prices. I've always left happy.
One of thier smaller stores about 1/4th the size of say the Wilshire / Fairfax 99 cent store having insu-
fficiant parking availibility to boot!
Lots of great inexpensive stuff. Much cheaper than Trader Joe's down the street. Lower quality, of course, but could be worth the savings.
For dealing with high paced traffic.the staff is exceptionally friendly. Kudos to their customer service.
Very small selection of merchandise. But still has enough for the basics. Fresh produce and other groceries available here
It was in a not so easy location to see, and the selection wasn't the best, but they still had all the things I was looking for. If I had to choose a 99 cents store, this would not be my first or second pick.
The store is kept clean and they have a large selection of products. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is really small so sometimes you might have to park on the street either around the corner or at a meter.
