Outstanding experience from start to finish! I first met Glenda when my wife and I needed to store our household items while we relocated out of state. Glenda was a delight to work with; she is professional, courteous, understanding, responsive, and caring.
The facility at A-1 was easily accessible, clean, and safe. If I ever need a storage facility in the future, I will seek out A-1! I highly recommend the A-1 facility on Alvarado Canyon Rd, anyone on their team can help you, but ask for Glenda, she ROCKS!

Nothing is too much trouble and they took extra time to look for the best deal for me.

The staff are great. They were always very helpful and responsive to questions. The facility was usually clean but it would have been helpful to have a dumpster or garbage receptacle on the premises to discourage people from leaving garbage by the door or elevator. The storage unit was a great solution for my daughter who was an out of state student at SDSU.

As always, a great experience working with A-1 Self Storage/Alvarado Canyon Road. The office staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with and the facility itself is clean, well lit and secure. We will continue to use them for our storage needs as long as our child is an SDSU student.

Customer services was excellent, both in person and every time I called. They very very accommodating and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, well kept facility with fair prices. Only downside is its proximity to the trolly station (ive encountered several homeless people in an unfavorable way). Great location off the i8 and i15

Kristina and Shawn were both extremely helpful and friendly when I came in to rent a storage unit. I've been going through a rough financial spot as of late and have never used a facility like this before.but these ladies were very professional and answered all of my questions. Great place for Storage. I'd give 5 stars however, the entrance is difficult to navigate. You need to park on the road as the front office is behind a large gate. Then walk in. That was my only issue! Other than that, things are great.my stuff is stored.

I was pretty satisfied with the customer services, l received from A-1 self Storage, l will highly recommended this rental place.
