The staff here are WONDERFUL! So so helpful, excellent communication and follow-up as well as follow-through. This location is only one exit away from SDSU and so convenient. Shawn was so AWESOME! It’s my daughters first time away from home in the college dorms in San Diego. I live in Hawaii, and it’s so stressful trying to figure out how to get her moved from a distance. Shawn made this transition so much less stressful. She was so helpful and empathetic. She said she has a college-aged daughter too and can understand and relate. She went above and beyond in her customer service! Thank you to Shawn and her amazing team there!

A unit was available on the 2nd floor but desired a ground floor so I reserved it. Within a week a ground a ground floor unit was available and changed my reservation and moved in by the end of the week. Krista and Shawn were very helpful through out the process.

STARTED WITH A1 FEBRUARY 2015.1ST TIME EVER NEEDING A STORAGE AND I MUST SAY IT WAS WORRY, AND STRESS FREE. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. ALWAYS INFORM YOU OF ANY CHANGES. A VERY SAFE LOCATION TO STORE YOUR STUFF. I RATE THEM A 5 BECAUSE I'VE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES AND THEY'RE ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED RATHER A OFFICE VISIT, PHONE CALL OR EMAIL! I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS LOCATION AND THE STAFF. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO STORE WITH YOU ALL.

Nice place, clean. Too bad people keep stealing the carts. I had my stuff there for over 5yrs. Staff is great.
