Bring cash if doing dmv transactions. They don't accept card for that. Usually fast, friendly service and the wait is not too long.

Just before a holiday I expected them to be busy but they weren't. Lucky me. It took me longer to walk to the service window I needed than for them to complete the transaction. Great service.

They say they’ll call you back but then they don’t. Then they spam mail you. Why do you think I called in the first place?

Would would one do without this place when dealing with DMV business. I like the location as well. Has lots of parking.

We highly recommend this place, the staff are very friendly. They go out of their way to assist you. We were able to assist us with our Vehicles tags and meny are vehicles insurance. We are saving over $700 annually compared to our previous Insurance and more coverage.

I was so impressed with Bertha C.who helped me get my car insured over the phone. She had answers for every question and it felt like I was talking to an old friend. By the way AAA is affordable.

Went there to purchase ticket for the amusement park. It took longer than my drive from New Mexico to California. I was third in line and there was about 9 people waiting. People kept walking in an being called while I sat for almost an hour. Should of went to Downy AAA. If I want

Been here over an hour. Security say “well it’s just were short handed” I saw someone comin after us and she says well he was here earlier. BS, I saw her check him in.

This place needs management to re-train workers. No way is this office AAA customer service. I come for 1 ticket to Knotts berry farm and have been waiting for 30 minutes. I also prepaid my registration and was asked to smog my vehicle, when I return to complete my paperwork an untrained person asked to return because she has no clue why I'm being charged additional fees. Total disaster!

All staff are very nice and good customer service insurance got a good deal much better then Mercury

Go early in the morning because if you go after 12pm it gets extremely packed and for some reason they frequently have DMV system outages which cause all sorts of drama for the people waiting to be next in line. On more than one occasion I've seen employees go out to lunch in the middle of a heavy rush with no none to back up their shifts, which can be very frustrating for the customers waiting in line!

Hector Diaz helped me out and I am totally greatful for his advice and guidance to getting auto insurance for the first time!

AAA Montebello.gets busy.everyone (members) prefers to come here instead of DMV. It’s great that most things can be done here. My husband & I always try to see Adrian, he is the best! He has taken care of a lot of our DMV transactions with no problems. Thank you Adrian for all your help

Staff is not very knowledgeable in DMV services! I had to perform a simple title transfer. And they could not even do that. It took DMV 2 minutes to complete the task. Will never come back to this location, and seriously considering canceling my membership.
