24Regular size office. Plenty of parking shared with Sears and Petco. All services offered insurance life insurance international passport passport photos DMV service and even open on Saturdays. Gets very busy plenty of seating clean restroom friendly staff.
I went in The Club Auto and talk to Sergio Gomez at first he was nice but after a couple of days he told me I was getting insurance on my house. But the story change after that. That my house didn't qualify so I was waiting for a phone call and didn't call me back, soi called him. Bad bad bad customer service. Who hired him, he's a bad insurance agent. Just letting you know what's up with the Club Auto in Montebello sucks!
I checked in and never got called. I was finally asked what type of service I was there for. It was DMV which took less than five minutes. I waited over an hour, watching employees interact more with each other rather than provide customer services. I left AAA office at 5: 35.
Excellent service, saved me $900.00 a year from state farm. Same coverage, but with AAA roadside assistance. My agent was wonderful, very friendly. Great job, AAA. Thanks:)
