AAA - Automobile Club of Southern California reviews
28Service is very slow. Theres a guy at the door greeting customers but he's kind of rude. He needs to chill. I think he's name is Kevin or something. Other than that, I'd say pretty average service.
Friendly unlike some DMV staff and outdoor waiting and check-in implemented during CoVid19 should be permanent.
Safety protocols were great. Checked in away from the door. Wait in line before a team member comes to get you at the door. Everything is 6 feet away. Rosie was very helpful and sweet. Cash or check only.
They were so instantly helpful! I had a weird situation because of a screw up from thr DMV, and they were polite and quick to help me get it fixed. (Honestly, I'd not dealt with the problem for way longer than Inshould have, because I didn't want to deal with the DMV, so I was thrilled when I found out they could help me.) I'd highly recommend them, and intend to go back. They also seemed to be doing great with Covid safety.
When you have to WAIT for FOUR HOURS! And don't and haven't CALLED BACK! You have to CALL THEM. And they will LIE on YOU! PLEASE BE CAREFUL
If you drive you need AAA I have had tows and pay all DMV fees there why wait for the DMV that is crazy use AAA if you drive this town. My whole family uses them
Hurry up and wait. Almost like the DMV yet not as busy. Nice people working there putting up with all our problems.
Go here for all my cars registrations and always request Wanda. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, I have my life insurance there as well. Highly recommend Miriam (Mimi) Abaud for your life insurance specialist.
We went there to transfer our out of state car license to California. We visited on a weekend, though there was 45 min wait, our experience was good because of the friendly and helpful staff
I'll pay the annual membership just to avoid the lines at the dmv. I was in and out of there in about 20min, new tags in hand. The best.
Always busy, a lot of waiting time for DMV, registration services. Go there early in the morning, and you can solve your DMW problems in record time. They have a lot of people on site to take care of the various services they offer, from insurance to travel.
AAA always has my back and you can go to the branch and get a printout of your registration for $17 if you happen to lose it like I thought I did
I went here to transfer the ownership of a vehicle and these guys were great. Virtually no line up and lots of parking in the back. So much better than waiting in line for hours at the DMV.
We got passport photos taken here. The agents were all nice but a bit disorganized or maybe overwhelmed. In the middle of taking our photos the agent was also helping other people buy movie tickets and being a cashier. This lead to our visit taking longer than it should have,
Take care of your DMV business quickly at this location! AAA is well worth the membership for this service!
The longest I've waited has been 15 minutes, even with a crowd of members. Professional and personable employees.
Easy to locate, and good amount of parking.
Great place to get a lot of different things done if you're willing to wait a little bit nice people lots of services.
The representatives don’t read their emails. No one actually answers your call at this location. You get nothing even if you leave a message asking them to call you back. You have no way of contacting them except continuing to receive junk mails. No idea what happened to the management of this location.
I walk in and the front lady greeted but no offer "how can assist you today". Standing and waiting but no offers if they can help. So finally ask this lady right as you walk in if I register my vehicle and they pointed where I suppose to be going. Wow! 45mins there.
I love this branch! Everyone has always been nice friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted with a smile. It's 100% better than going to the DMV. They never smile and make you feel like you're there bothering them.
