AAA - Automobile Club of Southern California reviews
28 They have no idea what they are doing in the DMV depot. They ask for more paper work than the DMV it self.
They have there head up there ***.
Stay away with a ten foot pole.
Super friendly, took me no time at all to take care of some complicated dmv stuff that would've otherwise taken me a full day! Love this place! I SOOO value anything that is easy and painless these days, as usually things take weeks of talking to automated systems and people overseas who don't speak English. Not the case here!
Small very crowded old culver city office in desperate need of both a face lift and more helpful staff. Very gruff inner city approach to doing Business on the Westside. Santa Monica office is much better layout and much much more helpful staffs.
Worst service ever.rude uneducated women work in the dmv services. Takes 1 hour to even get seen. Forget this place. Worst customer service ever. Never going back
BEEN GOING THERE FOR 10 YRS. NOW. EXCELLENT SERVICE. EVEN WHEN THERE BUSY, I GET OUT IN VERY REASONABLE TIME. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM! CHECK URSELF.
Very small and quaint AAA. Come in knowing what they actually service and what you need; thats the best experience you can get versus going to a DMV.
I went here to register a boat and had all my paperwork and they just sent me to the DMV. They could have registered it but wouldn't because they feared the dmv wouldn't accept it. The dmv is actually more lenient. So now I'm in line at the DMV.
Been coming to this branch for the last 2 years without any problem for DMV renewals. The only thing is AAA only takes cash and checks for the DMV renewal so I had to rush over to Chase bank in Culver City and come back to pay for my stickers and paperwork.
