I had to do the DMV documentation and get information on my coverage and from beginning to end it was excellent customer service. I am very happy. Thank you everyone we appreciate everything you do for us.

Went to renew registration. I was in and out in about 3 minutes. I give them 5 stars and 5 more as they deserve alot more than that!

Service was great up until Shelly at the DMV window. She was either tired or not a happy employee. I felt as though we were a bother. At the end of transaction, she offered what sound like the standard AAA insurance offer, no thanks! My agent always greats me and thanks me for my business!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Joel was amazing today and solved all my concerns. This AAA office staff is very Covid 19 safe as well.:)

Love my AAA service. However, this particular branch has (quite a few) staff members that are reluctant to assist with everyday simple requests. Be forewarned when you call and make inquiries you will 90% of the time be given false information just to make your way into this particular branch. After arriving no one will admit to giving wrong information, and several other excuses will be made.
Has happened multiple times. Go to W. Covina you will be helped properly!

What gripes me about ins. Co
Is that you can only drive one car at a time. Why not insure the driver not the cars. Whoa cowboy. They make money, more money. Each car has its own insurance.

Always a gr8 place to do ur DMV stuff, but they are limited to some things. Become a AAA member and experience a gr8 experience. They also provide travel packages

Great service. I went in on a very busy day to renew my registration and my wait time was exactly 3 mimutes long! I was very impressed.

Joe Vargas from the corporate office is awesome he handled the issuse and solved it right then and there.very well represented people skills

The woman at the front check it wasn't very warm and didn't do a great job of answering my question but overall I suppose the entire location shouldn't be judged based off one off day for a customer service rep.

I have been a member at AAA for quite a long time and recently purchase automobile insurance which was considerably lower than my broker was charging me. Basically I got double the policy for $700 cheaper a year which is amazing considering that you have AAA standing behind you instead of some broker who's going to try to lowball you when it's claim time. Another thing they give you a dividend at the end of the year which is a plus also. You can't beat this place whether you're paying for your car registration, traveling or purchasing insurance this is the place to go.

There’s a lady that works where you get your DMV renew and she seems nice but talks way to much to co-workers, she needs to learn to work instead of talking.

Can't live in California without them. They've saved my butt so many times, and always with Grace and professionalism.

The staff is friendly, and it definitely beats DMV. Unfortunately though, I went in to remove someone prom my policy, they ended up not being cancelled, and I was charged for a tow! Thanks for taking care of what you're supposed to do!

I have two vehicles insured by AAA also roadside assistance package I think if you own a vehicle you need the roadside assistance from AAA it's the best deal I've gotten

Quick, fast, and always helpful. DMV what forget those lines. The only thing they can't do is Drivers License and inspections. Darn!

Always great service. Try to stay away on. Busy days & times (i.e. Lunch time M-Th & all day Fri/Sat)

Worst experience in a long time.
The two woman at the insurance and membership window. One does know what she is doing and the other is UNINTERESTED in assisting ANYONE!

Only insurance company who cant release a binder for a dealer, even when the customer added the vehicle previously. Mary (the representative) and edan (the surpervisor) from the corporate office were extremely unhelpful from the beginning of the conversation. If this is what happens just to obtain proof of insurance then i cant imagine if you have to file a claim. Look elsewhere for coverage
