Real hit and miss here. Sometimes you get great services, and other times it feels like the DMV.

The staff tends to rush through things, which is great if they put you in the right line the first time.
This last time this made us and a couple people around us end up waiting in two lines instead of one because the check in person just assumed we were registering cars.
Another down side, they only take cash or check.
