ADT very professional crews I have them in my business and my home. Jeremy the sales man worked with me on pricing and payment. Installation crew a hall they all love there company sound like they are taken care of at ADT. That overflows on to the inall and care they have for my property.
Leaving two star only so it is seen. The tech that came to our house has no place in the customer service world. Rude and very lazy. I fell bad for the poor old ladies he suckers into spending unneeded money.

I am super happy with pricing, install and overall high customer service provide by ADT. I highly recommend them for your home security needs.

Cesar was great installing and setting up the system. He walked us through everything and helped us get used to the system. Very helpful technician. Eric, our salesperson was great in evaluating our home for the right security system. Very friendly and answered all of our questions.
Was on the fence about getting ADT. Sales said we could cancel within the first 6 months if were not satisfied. We decided to give it a try and after multiple failures false alarms etc decided to cancel. Was then told we would have to pay over 700 to cancel and that would only be possible after 3 techs came out to attempt to solve our issues. Went through all the hoops and they then told us regardless of the problems and the alarms we sent off for them to call us to see if it worked that we would still have to pay. So we came to a settlement paid and canceled. They then charged us the entire rest of the amount aftwerwards without our knowledge and are still continueing to bill us and left the equipment on in the house and cannot remove it wothout setting of the system and just letting the batteries die.
Fred Roybal was very knowledgeable friendly and thorough! He taught us things we did not know about our system and gave us tips on how to keep safe! Fred you’re awesome!

Excellent service from technician Jose Barajas on my installation today. He was very thorough on the installation and testing the features as well as was helpful with answering any questions I had about the system.

ADT is top notch as well as Brent Fox he installed our upgrade with efficiency and professionalism. We have had ADT for at least 20 years and have always felt protected and secure with our service.
