23My ADT technician phoned ahead of time that he would be arriving and proceeded to replace the battery for the unit above the garage. All costs were waived by the Technician which I greatly appreciate. He, Peter I.is a very efficient and competent man.
We would highly recommend Peter Islas adt Master Technician. He's very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working before leaving and also gave me new tips on how to make better use of the security system. He also wore shoe covers every time he entered the home, 5 star service - David & Norma
This was our first time purchasing a home security system. The alarm technician, Fred, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and showed us how to use the system, ensured our system was functioning properly and helped us set up the security apps on our phones also. I was pleasantly surprised that ADT offers ADT Go service also.will definitely come in handy. This was a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you Fred for your expertise and hard work!
