I was blessed to have a very good experience with this company. I shipped to Sudan and it was very difficult to find a company to do so. Their quote was the most reasonable and they strove to provide excellent service. Shaun and Grant were attentive. They communicated appropriately and always answered questions. They paid attention to detail and made adjustments when necessary. My shipment reached it destination is a timely manner and they followed up to make sure it was done. I highly recommend them and would use them again if necessary.

I used this company to move a 4 bedroom house and one car from Northern California to Southern California. A member of their company came to my house and gave me a quote, which I was good with. The actual 3rd party company that came and boxed up my house were extremely good at what they did and were very efficient and nice.

Before the shipment reached my new apartment in Southern California I was told that I need to pay an additional $4k because of extra pallets and moving hours used. This additional payment was over 50% of the original estimate that I paid! I had no other option but to pay this additional amount and I my belongings were basically held hostage if I didnt pay. If I had known the total cost would have been around $8K, I would have bought all brand new furniture or even shopped around for a better shipping company! This company is a scam!

Also, by the time I moved into the Southern California apartment I had to wait an additional 3 days for my items to be delivered to my new place. My senior citizen parents had to sleep on the floor while we waiting for our things to arrive.

I will never use their service again and not recommend anyone to use them.

Jeff and Dev did an amazing job of getting my shipment through customs and delivered. They kept me informed throughout the process and were professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

Need to improve customer service and timely updates.
We have been overcharged than the initial quotation. Freight forwarding is not one time business, Air 7 Seas needs to understand this. Customer retention is the most important aspect of this business.

Other than that, I have nothing to complain.

I contacted Air 7 Seas enquiring about shipping services and received a quick response from Parvin. My shipping was complex: large size custom glass vases - highly fragile product. The pellet needed to be shipped from Los Angeles to Australia. My client had a deadline and needed the shipment to arrive safe and prompt. Parvin was quick in responses, professional, and patient in finding different ways to ship quickly, safe, and accommodate my client's budget. My client was very pleased to receive the cargo safe, prompt, right to their door. Everything was taking care of: delivery to my clients door, insurance, and customs! Very good experience with A7S getting my "El Guapo" truck home after driving it down to Ecuador. I was working with another local agency in Ecuador at first and when I was about to tear my hair out with them I contacted A7S. A7S handled literally everything and made the whole process seem easy (spoiler: it's not at all easy, they just did all the hard stuff and made it easy for me). I strongly recommend.
