As one of your client I am deeply regret to have your team handle our shipment. We asked a moving service from TX to Taiwan. Pickup done already over one month and your worker Arif Shenaz @ CA did not offer any info about our shipment. Poor progress control and bad response already hurt our reputation. As a relocation company, we suggest you need to think more if you want to have service from them.

I was very happy and satisfied with the service except one thing. It took more than 2.5 months to get my goods from LA to Chennai. Chennai to hyd wad done in time. I did the packing for my boxes. All the items arrived in same condition as I packed. I would recommend if your somehow expedite shipping.
