Mehrshad Irantalab was very knowledgeable about all the products, which helped us come to an informed decision, by God’s leave. Our only concern was the lack of inventory that you had which limited our selection ability.

This is the worst appliance store I've ever worked with. Their customer service is horrible. We purchased a washer and dryer from them and they lied to us saying the washer wasn't working because of the outlet when they installed it. We got the outlet checked and it's the washer that is broken. I've called them everyday this week and no one can give me a response about an exchange or fix for this unit. We have gone two weeks with a broken brand new clothes washer.

They do not care about their customers, we even paid money for their extended warranty.

Do not buy from this store!

They apparently dont own the delivery and install part of their business, sounds crazy but this is how they due business. Delivery came suspiciously with plastic pulled off part of the dishwasher and a dent on it on the part the plastic was gone. We had a showing in a few days so called them was told they would call us, after 2 days of calling and no call back was told could take another few days to schedule delivery. Only got to talk to someone after threatening to to file a dispute. Waiting 10 days to get money back have papers filed just in case.

If no nonsense help and the lowest prices around are what you're looking for than Airport Home Appliance is the place. I've been using Melissa Valencia who's prompt with her email, text reply's, knowledgeable across many lines of appliance brands and works hard to ensure we're happy. I have homebuilding clients who buy packages of appliances and refer friends, family and homesellers/buyers who all rave about her attention to detail and care. Call or visit and ask for Melissa, highly recommend.

Helpful staff. Quick service. And great appliance options. Much more customer friendly service than their competition in the San Jose CA area.

Large selections and good demonstrations. But they don't honer price or coupon from other places.

The person wasn't helpful, didn't have the stove I was looking for on the floor said I could order it on the Internet. Said I needed to see it. Told me to go somewhere else if I wanted to see it. Didn't offer to show me the refrigerator that I was looking for. Looked else and found that airport appliance was the most expensive.

Martin is a great guy to work with and always provides a good quality of service! Seek him out!

I like visiting there because they have a good selection of appliances, well priced and different brands.

Melissa and her team at Airport Appliance helped us every step of the way with huying and installation decisions. Airport Appliance made the while task easier and a successful outcome was never in doubt. We love our new Samsung Stovetop, Zephyr Vent, and Frigidaire Double wall oven.

This is an awesome place to buy home appliances! '2 Thumbs up' to Juan Munoz who was our Sales Associate and guided us every step of the way!

This isn't exactly Airport Home Appliance's fault, but.
Both my friend and sister-in-law purchased range hood / microwave oven combo units within hours of each other. Both opted for delivery and installation and were quoted "$130. " However, when contacted by the installers, both were informed of a $50 additional surcharge. When confronted, the installers backed down. However, this lack of professional integrity casts a unacceptably negative shadow on Airport Home Appliance.

They are the worst. Run from these people. Total idiots that pretend to be nice and professional but in the end they are useless human flesh. Going in to get m, y money back tomorrow and tell them r=thanks for taking a MONTH to still not deliver my washer and dryer. Oh yeah.one week. Cant wait to chew some ass tomorrow.

We bought out appliances here about 6 years ago when we got our house. Fridge, washer and dryer. Prices were pretty reasonable comparing to other stores and no issuea with delivery/installation. So we decided to upgrade our dishwasher so we came back. Same good selection, service still good. We got the Bosch dishwasher, now waiting to be installed.

Friendly fast service. Our guy helped us get exactly what we asked for. Helped us work out payments and ordering so everything would arrive at our new house before move in. Move in crew was professional and fast.

Had a great experience with Airport Appliances. Both Linda Trang and Janelle Cedusky (San Jose location) are amazing and really know their appliances. And, they are great at helping the consumer get a great deal. Janelle threw in a bunch of freebies and extra insurance due to our bulk purchase. Highly recommend.

I had a dishwasher arrive and it had a noticeable dent on the door, Airport Home Appliance sent a technician to our home and replaced the door, great customer service!

Not bad. They have good deals but they should coordinate their delivery schedule. There was a huge confusion about the delivery date of our fridge. We got it eventually but we were not communicated regarding the fridge delivered date.

Owen (Tim) is very friendly and nice, the one of the best sales I have ever seen. This place have lots of great deal in different types of appliances. And I really appreciated for Owen’s help for my washer & dryer.:)
