My 83 year old mom bought her dryer there. Unfortunately at my urging. I have had great experiences every time I have purchased my appliances, though I really never needed anything once I got the appliance. The day they were delivering the dryer, (which she paid extra to have installed professionally), she had been robbed. The police were at her house, and it was quite chaotic. The installation was a joke. She showed it to me yesterday, and it's sticking out so far from the wall, it's ridiculous. Sloppy, and hardly a professional job. She should have save her money, my husband could have done a much better job. She also got a call yesterday morning from the financing company that they hadn't received her payments. She had been asking me if I had received them in error, since I have purchased appliances on this credit line before. I had not. So, my mom went in to Airport Appliance yesterday (Saturday, November22nd). Whatever female was working in the circular area in the middle of the store the morning of Nov. 22nd, should be questioned and fired. She was snippy and rude to my mom. She said they have nothing to do with financing, my mom would need to call another number. She knew that. My mom knew that. She just wanted to know who the financing company was, and when she would have gotten her first bill time wise. Then, my mom said how the dryer isn't drying correctly. Again, the woman said, that's not our problem and handed her Whirlpool's 800 #. Fine. That's pretty standard. However.her demeanor and out right rudeness has turned my mom off. Unfortunately she is going to be starting a remodel in her kitchen. She told me she would NEVER use Airport again. Unfortunately also. I will be going through a remodel. Because my mom was treated so poorly, my allegiance is with her. I shall also never shop there for anything. And, I will now Tweet this, and Yelp this, because how anyone could be sooooo "helpful" during the sale of something. And, then provide not once of empathy. ESPECIALLY to an 83 year old woman, is really beyond my comprehension. I am sooo glad that the economy is doing sooo well, that you can afford to turn away thousands and thousands of dollars in business. Good for you!

Was thankful for the advice and time everyone (had multiple people assist me) took to show me different models for what I needed. I came in at different times of the year and left with the specs of various items. In the end, I ended up buying a gas stove, hood and new dishwashing machine. I believe prices were very good. Installation however was another story. Initially the price is not that bad however it does not include any alterations. And although I don't think they really had to alter much, the company did jack up the price for each item. $350 for 1 outlet by electrician and $300 to change my valve and cut thru tile. And they did not do a very good job in terms of cleaning up after themselves. They were quick however has more to be desired in terms of attention to detail.

The units were new models, so it took a few weeks for delivery. However, Ricky kept me updated on the status. I love my Speed Queen W/D set. Glad I took Ricky's recommendation when he heard what I wanted.

I had a particular range hood in mind but not sure if it could be successfully installed at my house. So I called this store and Juan answered all my questions in details. The payment process and contract signing were through the internet and super easy. The installers they worked with were very professional and quickly determined the best installation method for my kitchen. I am very happy to have a new hood with just one phone call. BTW, I visited one other store prior to this but they didn't want my business because they thought my kitchen wall was hard to deal with.

Recently received great service from Melissa at the San Jose location. She made the process very easy and even checked back in to make sure the delivery went well. Will shop here again!

I purchased a Bosch Dishwasher from Airport Appliances San Jose in Nov 2016. Since then, I've had at least 6 service calls made for one problem or the other with the appliance. Each one of these service calls were actually serviced after a good 4-5 day wait period. I have had extended warranty that guarantees me of a new dishwasher if more than 3 service calls were made. But no signs of a replacement till now. I suspect Airport appliance sells refurbished appliances. How can a reputed brand fail so often? I will not go back to this shop.

Excellent selection. Janelle was great. She got me what i needed quickly and the pricing was superb. I used their credit option and won't pay any interest.
