I usually don’t write reviews but this time I felt the need to do so. I had a horrible experience in this facility. After waiting for an hour for the shuttle, I had to take Uber to airport otherwise I would have missed my flight. I had similar experience returning, I had to take Uber back to parking lot because again they delayed the shuttle. Lastly, my return flight was delayed for a little over two hours and they over charged me. This place is understaffed, there were no parking attendant to help. I would not recommend this place at all.

I had a reservation to park my car ahead of time. Parking was easy to find. There was a man there guiding us where exactly to go. Locating the shuttle was easy. When we got to shuttle stop, we got lucky that the shuttle was boarding. Locating the shuttle at airport to transport back to parking structure was easy to find. The wait was no more than 5 minutes. However, my flight was delayed so I picked up my car later than the time I had selected. I was supposed to pick up by 4pm but ended up getting to my car at 6: 30. So they charged me for ONE EXTRA full day! I was only 2.5 hours late and it was not my fault my plane was delayed! Not cool. Never parking here again.

Awful experience from departure to arrival. Shuttle to airport was packed and standing room only. There were 7 of us standing in the center of the shuttle.
Upon arrival from our trip, we stood in red sign for 30mins when their empty shuttle drove past us and never stopped. I texted and called the number on their business card and “mailbox is full”. We uber’d to the parking structure because we didn’t want to wait anymore. AWFUL.

I waited almost an hour for the Shuttle, no one answered phones, shuttle passed me twice while waving and yelling them down, we finally got in touch with someone, they said a new shuttle was on the way, it never came, had to UBER to airport, missed our flight, lost our luggage in the shuffle of moving everything around, lost bags had our car keys and both cell phones in it, still don't have any of our stuff back, and all started because this parking area did not answer their phones or send a shuttle as promised (mind you, we were two hours early so should have been plenty of time to make our flight) and we were traveling with an infant, so the stress this has caused and the ripple effect on our trip has been horrendous. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone regardless of how good the price seems. The manager has not returned our calls after multiple voicemails and we are trying to figure out how to get our car back and a refund for the trouble!

Great staff.left my car at valet took about 3 minutes.i paid online.shuttle was a 5 mintue wait both ways couldnt have been better just a couple minutes longer after arrival my car was there thank you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPA! Y! Valet parked our car for 2 days and came back to our car which had been ransacked inside. No sign of any breakin. Clearly their employees who had access to the keys stole everything valuable from the car. The we found out they have no video surveillance where the cars are parked, only exiting and entering the building. How convenient for anyone working there who wants to go thru a car! They know they won’t be caught on camera. That’s pretty bad choices by a company. There should be video on the parked lots. Totally bummed! I will never go there again. Someone in line with us said her car had gotten stolen from this lot. An employee had a connection with another group in the airport, like an airport ring. Really bad.

This location is ran by SP Plus Corp so this review is of them. My car was parked there on Dec 29th and they moved it. When doing so my car was badly scratched. They are fighting with me on doing the repairs and have no concern how they are treating me or that they caused damage to my car. Be careful using a garage ran by SP Plus Corp

Do NOT park here. My car was broken into over the weekend, back window smashed to pieces, and the staff are sooooo unbelievably apathetic and careless about it. The valet staff actually drove my car up to me in this state! And the attendant had the audacity to say “it wasn’t like that before when you dropped it off? ”

NOT ONCE HAS ANY OF THE STAFF APOLOGIZED EITHER.

Police report and incident reports are filed but the manager has not returned my call yet! The staff working there are young kids that aren’t equipped to handle situations like this. I wish I had never given them my car keys as they’re taking their business extremely lightly.

My car was ransacked from the inside completely and they have no idea what happened. They are NOT providing a safe place for cars like they say they are. The staff also told me there’s an issue with people coming in from the street and hanging out in the garage. One was found underneath a car recently. I don’t think that’s safe?

Their customer service is non existent and just angering. I’ve parked in many lax airport parking lots and never had this happen to me, until I came here.

BEWARE, their garage is not secure, and they valet park cars so far away that they don’t hear the alarms going off, apparently.

Good price. Shuttle is reliable. Took a while to find someone to help us get the car in front of us out.

I have to give it one star or it does not allow me to post this review. I would give them no (0) stars. This was the most frustrating company I could have chosen. They have the worst customer service, I made my purchase online, when i arrived they were not able to see my reservation in their system, I was asked to look up my confirmation as proof that I had made a reservation in a very unpleasant manner. When I returned from my trip and needed to be picked up, there were no shuttles available, I called the front desk to let them know I needed to be picked up, they told me I needed to go stand in one of the waiting areas for a shuttle to come by, I met a gentleman there that was waiting for two yes two hours! And still no shuttle. I called the company again asking for an ETA on the suttle, they said it should not be more than 20 minutes, I waited an hour and still nothing. I saw a lot of the other company's shuttles passing many times but not one of Spectrum. I had to take an uber to be able to go and get my car from them. When I got there I asked how do they keep track of their shuttles, they said they have a GPS and it shows on their map the shuttles are where they need to be, well, someone is pulling their string because i and others I spoke to while waiting, never say a shuttle from Spectrum, they did advise I ask a driver from the Hotel next to them if they can give us a lift. I was so upset, I had to wait to cool down before I did this review. Not only did they not help and not have a shuttle for me, when I get to their office I ask why did no shuttles show up and all they could say was, "well it shows on our gps that the shuttles are there are you sure you did not see one? " After I mentioned there were many other people also waiting on this shuttle, it wasn't just me, there were alot of us waiting, I doubt I am the only one that did not see the shuttle.
Anyway, just wanted to leave this note for others to see before they go ahead and choose Spectrum be aware they may have you waiting for a long time or just be prepared to pay an uber or taxi and they will not reimburse you for that money either, all they can do is give you the number to their supervisor who never answers the calls.

So many times shuttles pass by but can’t pick you up. Plan way ahead if you use them and figure at least an 45 min to an hour to get to the airport from their location next to the airport.

Waited for shuttle pick up going to airport about 30 mins then goes to pick up at Crowne Plaza, totally threw off our timing. Upon our return at 11: 25 pm after calling 3 times the shuttle never came after waiting for almost an hour. We had to uber to Spectrum. The shuttle service is horrible but the staff in valet are great. Not going to use this facility again.

I've used this garage a couple of times while staying at the Marriott on the same block. Marriott charges 42/night, and I've paid around 40 for a 3 night period. They don't allow in and out privileges so I use lyft instead of my car. Staff was friendly and I've had no issues. You do have to order in advance and they do sell out.

I land at 1130pm. I see my first shuttle drive by because it was too full at 1215pm. I end up tqking an uber because it was faster. I didn't get to my car until 1245pm. Worst experience. I called them three times and got the same response each time that they were one terminal away. A huge mistake parking there and waiting for the imaginary shuttles.

HORRIBLEH! We made a reservation on line and had to pay $16.95 ahead of time for indoor valet parking. The rest was duedupon arrival. When we arrived the attendant said they were full. It didn't matter that we had a reservation and paid a deposit. This is pretty bad service if you don't even know how many cars your lot holds and keep giving out reservations. Then we had to scramble to find parking and make our flight. Totally unacceptable- never use this place!

Horrible parking in lax. Unknown how they got 5 star? I thought they have only one shuttle to pick up customers. Believe it i got to wait at airport 1 hour 15 minutes for shuttle. Don't waste your time to this parking place. Nightmares.

Very confusing place to do business with. You get there and no employees to instruct or direct what you need to do!
Very frustrating when you have to leave your car for days and come back and no one to get questions answered

They left my car door OPEN ALL WEEK! I called to have my car ready when I got off the plane. It took an hour and a half to get a shuttle and they didn't have my car ready. My car was dead when I arrived and they had to track down jumper cables.

UPDATE:
THEY USED ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S CAR TO JUMP START OURS. THEY GOT THE KEYS TO ANOTHER PERSONS CAR WHO WAS NOT ON SITE.

The most confusing parking lot. Way too much going on and no direction. Waste of a ton of time trying to figure it out then late for flight.
