Airport Spectrum LAX Parking, Los Angeles CA

Shuttle does not run every 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes after getting off work at midnight. I ended up walking the mile and a half to Spectrum. I told my boss to stop referring people to this parking garage. I’d rather pay the extra five bucks for decent service than enabling a mismanaged company.

I used to parking here when it was park and ride. I stopped coming here because of how slow the shuttles arrived. Sure enough a couple years later, i try it again and end up taking an uber to airport after waiting 45 mins. Other people were arriving to pick up cars but came on nearby hotel shuttles because they were so late. NEVER AGAIN.fool my twice, shame on me!

Valet parked my pick up truck for a week. Very reasonable pricing, shuttle to and from LAX was timely and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very difficult to find parking when pulled into lot. Very little staff to assist. Pickup from airport was an hour wait. Staff was helpful but needed more people working and more shuttles in service at a time.

Booked this location by mistake. I will not make that mistake again. So many better options. Horrible customer service, no signage, no one providing helpful information. Stood on curb for 35 min and finally rode a different shuttle to get back close enough to walk. Thankful for the kind shuttle driver.
Called twice and was treated as a burden

I had to wait for 40+ mins for the shuttle, at late night! I called the parking staff for 3 times and they just kept telling me they've sent out a shuttle. I'll never park here again.

Drop-off for valet parking was simple, fast, and the personnel were very courteous. The airport shuttle bus arrived promptly, and the driver was very helpful. Upon return, pick-up was prompt, the driver was also very helpful, and our car was waiting for us in the driveway. This is the best service of its type we have ever experienced. We will be back.

Do not park your car here! The staff is negligent, irresponsible, and inattentive. Poor directions throughout the whole parking and payment process.

Shuttle service was extremely slow. We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at the garage to take us to the airport. And we waited 40 minutes at the arrivals gate but the shuttle never showed. We ended up jumping on a hotel shuttle and walking. We called the office twice for pick up and the staff on duty denied that we spoke to him.

Careful if you are paying by card. They will charge you your card without authorization. Check your billing statements!

Park Air Express was great. Spectrum destroyed it. Waited 45 minutes for shuttle and then had to call a cab. Terrible everything. What a great job at killing your business.

Reserved a space online for $18.00 + $10.00 when I pick up my car. Was charged $14.00 when leaving. Shuttle to LAX was very slow.

Our drivers to and from the airport were very nice, professional & helpful. The check-out clerks were nice as well. We got valet service and.

When we got back from our week long trip we noticed that our SUV had paint chipped all along the door rails! The last thing anyone needs is to take it to this place to get all dinged up while you're away on vacation! Both sides where just as bad! There were 5 dings on one side and 8 on the other side. We are furious!

Waited one hour for tje shuttle, ended up taking the Hilton Shuttle, which they could have offered as an option after my first call. Will never park here again!

Shuttle drivers play games and could care less about getting you to the airport. They clump up so you wait forever then they all come. Sometimes they completely skip you. Could take 15 minutes could take 45. Miserable.

The garage is a labrynth with no service and the shuttle took 40 minutes to arrive. Do not park here.

There service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Avoid this Spectrum Airport Parking by all cost! They don't have enough buses and it takes them more than 45 minutes to get to their passengers at the terminals! If it was a Zero stat, I would give them a "0". Horrible!

Looks nice in the front but inside the building is ghetto with low ceilings. The parking lot is cramp. Parking is also ridiculously expensive. Homeless people sometimes hand out in the back.
