Alaska Airlines - LAX, Los Angeles CA

We arrived for our 6 am flight at 521 and they delayed us til 830 because we were a minute past 520. My wife's pregnant and we were waiting in line for some time to check our bags.this was particularly irritating because we passed through security and watched our original plane leave, thanks Alaska, first and last time.

Had a pretty miserable experience working with Alaska on a damaged baggage claim. They actually damaged our stroller to where it was no longer usable. Come to find out Alaska has a company policy to not make restitution on strollers that they have broken due to their negligence.

I can tell you from experience traveling with an infant and a toddler is not easy. Airlines do not make it any easier with policies like this that put profits over people. And moreover they put those profits over families with very young children. You would think that they would do the right thing to provide some form of support to those families in which their baggage handlers damaged.

So I write this as a warning to all families traveling on airlines. Make sure you check their liability policy to see what is covered. If you are traveling with a stroller and are concerned about damage to that stroller, consider other airlines besides Alaska Airlines. Each airline sets their own policy on this. Choose airlines that support families.

If you've experienced the same thing with this airline or any others, make a complaint to the Department of Transportation, then maybe they could do something to stop this form of abuse.

Staff at counter very very rude! Also if we have to wear face mask at L. A. X.so must employees of Alaska airlines and stormed off and would not let me sew his employee ID.will handle with corporate.these guys aren't worth flying.there just not JetBlue.sad very sad.blow up the pic to see no mask on and they were telling all patrons that they had to have there mask on.

Alaska Airlines is by far the most customer centered airline. They go the extra mile to make sure your experience is top notch.

Had two great flights to and from Seattle. Pleasantly surprised as this was my first time flying Alaska great flight crew and on time!

Always a good experience, though not as superb as it was when I could fly Virgin America. Will continue to fly this airline. It ranks very high on my list.

Good flight little short on leg room between the seats are than that I definitely enjoyed the flight Friendly's flight attendants

I had a pretty good experience to my flight onto San Jose. Short and easy. Though I did have a bad experience on the way back. The cabin smelled like someone threw up, luckily the air that comes from on top was blasting which deferred the smell away. Maybe they could have done better to try and remove the odor but whatever. I was just happy the flight was only 45min or so.

They took over Virgin airlines. Still love the purple. I was reallllllly uncomfortable on the way to my destination. Idk what it was about the seat. But on the way back it was much better. Staff is cool. I do miss the intro video that virgin did. It was fun to watch. Oh well.

Worst ever. First time experiencing Alaska Airlines. From Dallas to LA. First, delayed more than an hour and now they said they are going to stop at Las Vegas first and then will go to LA. I would have bought 1 stop flight with cheaper rates.

Pretty good for a budget airline. Decent legroom and even had entertainment screens for our short flight

We enjoyed flying premium class in the New Virgin America aircraft. Unfortunately they lost some of our luggage. It was eventually returned to us 2 weeks later but it had been destroyed. The contents included gifts for friends. My laptop and of course the bag itself. Even though the luggage had been damaged and the airline was aware of this they didn't offer us any compensation.

Comfortable flight love the customer service I will never fly another airline unless they are partners with Alaska Airline I'm spoiled Love that flight from Dallas to Los Angeles take it twice a year love it.

I was late both flights (this was only my 2 trip flying lol) Alaska airlines was SOOOOO accommodating! GET THERE AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE OR CHECK IN ONLINE! Dont be a missed your plane dummy like me! P.s. They were so helpful and nice! All of The employees seemed happy and super professional even with me walking out the wrong door 10 minutes after passing my search. To have to get in line all over again lol they dont let nothing get passed them. Like some little airport ninjas

Alaska Airlines is a great airline company. I usually fly Southwest but will be flying Alaska from now on.

Take off every thing except shirts/pants (shorts) /socks or else they'll get pissed so u gotta be quick and efficient

Out of my last 5 fights 2 were canceled and 2 were delayed by more than 2 hours when they said It would be 15 minutes. ONE was actually on time.
