Alaska Airlines - LAX reviews
43 The terminal is renovated. New & clean! Many self check in kiosks. The staffs at the counter are very polite. No wait time. Security check is easy, less crowded compared to other terminals.
Ruby's, Coffee Bean & few more retail stores inside the terminal. At the seating area, love the community tables.because lots of outlets to recharge the electronic (10 plugs per table)! No more standing around the small charging station.:)
Every seat has an outlet! Awesome!
Delayed for two hours and counting, don’t sell food or drink while we are stuck on the ground and won’t tell us how long we have to wait and won’t let us leave the plane
I m impressive this airline with virgin America association good movies free and clean leg room beverages are free. Very good flight on time and very good service it is hidden airline Alaska
I booked my own connecting tickets and alaska airlines was my last flight, the other airline messed with my flights and alaska was super friendly and helpful and fixed my 35h layover so I could get home without chilling in the airport.
Boarding was swiftly and nice. Seats were very comfortable. Take off was excellent, flying with no turbulence and we touch down safely.
Old plane. No TV monitor. Rent a screen that works poorly. Next time I will try another airline.
I liked for relaxed atmosphere, red eye flight so lights were kept low full entertainment seats. Basic add ons were missing but as a budget I'm not concerned.
The big help was placing me on a later flight after being held up at customs! My angels at terminal 6 at LAX. Luff yooo
Individual TVs on the plane and snacks you can request through that monitor WINNING. The delayed wait and confusion at the gate that served three purposes in the one hour FRUSTRATING. But the wait for TSA inspection and baggage check was quick and easy, especially since you can print luggage tags at home =)
I like Alaska a lot. Great service. My luggage didn't get on the plane since I was late. They delivered it to my house a couple hours later.
Alaska has sperated the domestic and international departure terminal check ins. Alot better i think for the international people
Check in at LAX was slow, they try to get you to the kiosks to self check-in. That was actually better and faster.
Take off took a bit of taxiing, but the actual take off was smooth.
The flight crew was GREAT, I went to take a nap, and wasn't disturbed at all.
Landing was equally as smooth. Their 20 minute luggage guarantee was spot on. It actually took about 15 minutes after deplaning for our luggage to be at the baggage claim.
Boiling hot plane. Obnoxious check in blasting Ke$ha. Rude flight attendants. Light show on the plane. 2 bathrooms for 200 passengers. Can't even reach customer service. Never getting my money again.
Most workers try to avoid their work even answering for simple questions. Also they are mad at customers. I think they doesn't know how to treat their work
Alaska Airlines was once known for superior quality and customer service. Sadly, it has now joined the rest of the airline industry in its race to the bottom in its treatment of its customers while inflating its prices. Don't fly Alaska if you hope to be served a meal (even in first class) or left in peace to rest or listen to music during your flight without credit card commercials blaring at extreme volume over the intercom. Be sure to factor in at least an extra hour to your total flight time when landing at LAX to account for the slow, overcrowded bus to the main terminal after landing.
Highly recommended. New nice plains. Clean. Friendly flight attendants. Landing was very soft. You can watch movies and shows for free. Unlimited free water and soda too. My favorite air line so far
Got the best alcohol in all of LAX.all bars are open early in the morning.so you can drink as much as you want.friendly sky’s.
We had first class tickets and Alaska MVP Gold members. We wanted to see if it was possible to change to an earlier flight on the same day. We were told there's an earlier flight available, but would cost $25 to change per ticket. My spouse balked at the idea and kept the original flight.
April 25th, Virgin America will be absorbed completely by the Alaska Airlines acquisition. I don't really see why AS wanted to buy this airline.
Great prices great schedule great equipment snacks a little bit expensive but they usually are on airplanes in they head really high-end first class entertainment systems for all seats throughout the aircraft.
Staff are rude, especially at LAX. They should just fire those knuckle heads and just hire new employees!
When your flight over the holidays is painless, it's time to say Hallelujah. Was secretly hoping Russell Wilson would drop by (I've seen him do this on an Alaska flight). It's all good, though. On time departure; on time arrival from LAX to DCA. Good timing (about 4.5 hours, nonstop). Smooth flight and landing.
