Going to deliver or pick up a load and is your first time here? Following the signs doesn't cut it.
When you arrive at the guard check point he'll tell you that you're using the wrong gate to enter, that only their local drivers can enter thru there. Be ready to spend 3.5-4.5 hours here getting unloaded.

Arrived on time for appointment. Asked to stand at the door and wait for lumper. Lumper took 2 hours to walk up and get my phone number. Waited 3 hours in the truck and received the bills with no receipt for the lumper. Albertsons employees are great. For the love of groceries fire the lumper company. Still waiting for lumper to bring receipt

The waiting can be awhile, the food they offer is worth it. As long as you have money. No to pricy either!

Once we found the right location, all went swift and smooth. The address on London Way is NOT for trucks. The address for frozen is on Morgan, which is the street before London Way. The address for non-frozen is two traffic lights before Morgan on Jeronimo. Once there everyone we dealt with was friendly. Our appointment was for 0930, we arrived at 0905, had a dock, was unloaded with paperwork at 1030. Would have given 5 stars if we had better directions.

They took there sweetie time today. Was almost able to take a 10 hour rest break. But plenty of room to back into your spot.

Dont understand why it takes so long to unload your trailer, every time there's lumpers involved.for the 3 to 4 hours to unload.for what they charge they make a pretty good penny, by the hour.
