I live in Ahwahnee, 60+ miles from Fresno. My AC unit went out on Tuesday 7/24/18. I called all the local AC contractors and was told they had a 4 week or longer wait list. Because I had heard of Allbritton on PowerTalk Radio 97.6, I called them. They were able to respond by the next afternoon and repair my AC Unit. Kudo’s for being able to respond to fast.
The technicians were very professional and experienced. The only negative I had was the price of the Restart capacitor. I had checked out the Restart Cap myself Wednesday morning and determined it was bad and checked on Amazon for a replacement. The replacement was listed at $24 + shipping and tax so around $35. Albritton charged me $236.00 for an upgraded Restart Cap that I could buy online at $85. I could see charging up to 2x the cost, but this was a bit over the top. However, the two guys worked about 2.5 hours to repair the AC unit, put in a new fan motor, replaced the contacts and cleaned and service the unit and I wasn’t charged any extra labor fee except the travel cost and diagnostic fee, so it probably came out at about a wash. I did sign up for the Guardian Maintenance Club. But hats off to Allbritten for responding within 24 hours in 100 degrees heat when all the local businesses weren’t able to help

I had an AC issue in the dead heat of the summer. From start to finish, the professionalism, enthusiasm and prompt communications were outstanding. I turned to Allbritten in a frustrating moment with another air conditioning repair company and was surprised with the availability of a repair technician. The service tech Ian was on time and was prompt and thorough in his diagnostic tests. I had an interaction with John afterwards, which was informative and thorough as well, all with no pressure and transparency.

Over all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a repair or installation of an HVAC system.

Temperatures over 100 degrees for some time now and just recently moved into our house. A/C unit went down, called ALBRITTEN and they had some one our in 12hrs. Previous company just added refrigerant, without testing, and now we are back to the beginning again.

ALBRITTEN inspected and tested our system to verify the A/C problems, Jerrod came out and offered some options. Bottom line is: We are doing the work this week. Technician, KEAL, was on time, professional and did the inspection and testing and let us know the results.

Highly recommend - On time, professional and friendly and they do not take short cuts. Thanks Bill & Lynne
