American Express Centurion Lounge

Excellent Covid protocols and service. You go up to the buffet and servers will get what you pick out. Drinks you still order at the bar. Lounge is definitely much more empty since COVID. Food and drink are as good as it usually is.

The employees get nicer every week. Maybe Covid restrictions had stressed them out previously.

I am here almost every week and am so glad grab-and-go is over.

This lounge stood out as exceptional service compared to others. Centurion is always a step ahead of the other sky clubs but the staff here were just amazing and so friendly. I doubt I'll find another lounge better than this one.

Excellent COVID-19 protection measures for customers and staff. Prompt and friendly service. Food is also delicious.

Friendly staff, comfy seat options available, and food is usually good. Showers available and bathrooms are stocked with L'Occitane. Can get crowded which makes it hard to find a good seat but definitely beats the other lounges in SFO.

Did was freshly cooked because you can see and talk to the cold making your food, bartender is awesome, and table service is excellent. It was busy, but still one of the best lounges I've been to!

Opens at 5am. Workers were very nice and courteous. Not the biggest lounge I've been in. Had only one shower room. So there was over an hour wait and I asked about it at 515am. They were still working on the breakfast buffet but had a wonderful selection of fruit out. Overall it was a nice place to get away to while I waited for my next flight. Just small for the amount of people using it.

This was a favorite but now it is almost always over crowded. Good for a quick bite at the buffet if you are in a hurry before departure. Could not access today due to over crowding restrictions. I was surprised to find using Priority Pass at the S. F. Giants Clubhouse in the same terminal is a better tasting, more relaxing experience.

Modern, central but requires climbing stairs. These American Express lounges are rare. It's a good walk from the International gates so allow at least 15 minutes walking time.

It's very very very crowded in the lounge after 8 or 9am. Otherwise, a good place to rest between flights.

Great food and drinks. It was a bit crowded when I went but there were lots of delays due to weather so it was to be expected.

It's great and welcoming, better than other clubs in the area, but when it gets too crowded the staff doesn't seem to be concerned with you only finding seats on the floor. Beyond this, the food needs to be rotated more often. Those brussel sprouts are great, but they've been on the menu since they opened. I fly through at least once or twice a week and it would be nice to see some change to the flavor.

We arrived three hours early for our flight so we could enjoy the lounge. It did not disappoint. The food was awesome. And they even have a kids area.

Nice selection of food items.though not as good as in the past. Nice escape from the crush of the airport.

Very disappointed in customer service. Flight delayed multiple times and they would not let us enter until 3 hours before departure. For the amount AMEX charges for annual fee, I’m very disappointed. Considering switching to United MileagePlus Club Card.

Very nice lounge, but unfortunately esp. Evenings quite full. Very friendly staff. Access with Amex Platinum easy, also German card worked fine.

Best kept secret. Food is so good and the drinks will never disappoint. Perfect spot to hangout for a long layover.

Great food options. Was crowded as always so no tables available. Also was difficult to watch TV as seating didn't seem to be set up to maximize that. Baseball playoffs we're on at the time.

This place is very busy as many others have mentioned, but the decoration, entry and interior are very beautiful. The food is fresh and the menu offers a little something for everyone, I'm sure I'll be back next time I'm through the San Fransisco airport.
