American Express Centurion Lounge reviews
38 Checked in around 8AM. Too crowded, had to make 2 trips all over the lounge to find a place to sit! Food is good and bar looked decent although I didn’t try that. Coffee machine was out of most of the types of coffee, washroom is too small with a lot of wait time. Website says showers available but there are none.
Then they have these loud staff who will shout “ How Many people Sir? Come this way! ”
It didn’t feel like it’s worth the money they make you pay annually.
This lounge is one of the best lounges I have been to and considering that you don't have to have a business ticket to go in that's just a cherry on top. Food is excellent and plentiful and you can shower there which is very nice.
Was 900 degrees, wayy to hot and crowded.ambiance is just odd, wish they played music so it doesn't feel like a hot and humid library.
A decent lounge with good breakfast. There was hot food like eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc.and not just pastries. Not as big or as luxurious as I had imagined, but still much better than waiting by the gate.
Sadly, it's almost always overcrowded. Lately, about half the time I go there, I end up immediately leaving because there are no remaining places to sit and relax.
I prefer quieter lounges to relax, the Centurion lounge typically is not quiet, nor have I found a quiet area in the lounge.
Very, very crowded. Great bar. Food only ok. I used the shower but the shower head was barely working (no water pressure). Couldn't really rinse. Told front desk - they are aware of the issue (and didn't let me know?)
Better than the United and other airline lounges. Decent food. Full bar. Gets crowded in the morning.
I like this lounge but it always too crowded. The custom cocktails are always good, so be sure to ask for the latest menu.
The lounge itself is great but it's quite crowded at all times of day. Grabbing a spot at a table can be a battle. Otherwise, very comfortable, clean and a great place to wait out a long delay.
One of the more crowded lounges in the Centurion Lounge portfolio so space can come at a premium. Offers complimentary beverages and buffet style meals which are definitely one of the best lounge offerings in the business. Its the best club at SFOby far, and one of the best club lounges I've visited.
This lounge is great. The staff is friendly, breakfast was very good and there are a lot of great seating options to choose from. They have a kids room if you have smaller children that want to play and watch kids shows. The bathrooms were a little too smelly for me but they were clean.
This centurion lounge in SF has always been my favorite. Its cozy/comfy, always busy, and the staff is always so exceptionally nice, but unfortunately the furniture was quite worn, and the control of how the guests occupy the lounge was unpleasant experience (ex: two young gentlemen were laying out on a couch that could have seated 8 - 10 people).
Picky eaters this is your place to be! Good food and great drinks! My only thing was the cleaning part and the small bathrooms. Please do not sweep while I’m sitting under me! And bathrooms are so small!
Pros: it's a brilliant lounge. Best of breed in every way.
Cons: it's so busy you will have to sit on a stranger's lap or stand. That sort of kills it. For me at least.
Very friendly and welcoming but it can get crowded, especially on thursday evenings. Bar staff make great cocktails
The quality of the meals and drinks served is certainly up to standard, however the sheer quantity of people who frequent this lounge puts somewhat of a damper on the experience. (On my last visit here, entrance was limited to flights departing within three hours, and I did witness several peeved customers turned away at the front desk.)
Where else can you enjoy wine tasting in an airport? Only in San Fran! Beautiful lounge, excellent spread of food, well-equipped bar, wine tasting stations and cookies/coffee.
