American Vision Windows

We love our new windows! We recently had 3 windows replaced by American Vision Windows. From the initial sales appointment with Dan, the measurements done by Doug and the installation and finish work by Porfilio (+ 1 other) we couldn’t be more pleased. Our house was built in 1969 and the window/openings have shifted over time. Need less to say, they were no longer true. Porfilio worked his magic and is a true craftsman.
We look forward to the next hot day so we can truly test them out.

Great crew. From beginning with the sales person Dean Ito and this morning the guy did the measurements Scot. Scot was amazing. He’s detailed oriented even pointed out I made a mistake on my check. He’s obvious experienced. What surprised me most was his ability to handle details in terms of questions and answer. In short a total professional.

The technician, Scot, who came in to measure our patio door was professional. He was very thorough in explaining the process and in answering all my questions.

Scott came in to do the window measurements, he provided me all the details and answered all my questions. It was a very good experience with the team.

That was the second visit of the representative from American Vision Windows. The appointment was scheduled a couple of days before. Scot came exactly at the scheduled time. He was wearing the company shirt and offered me his business card right away. Before entering the house he took off his shoes and carried them upstairs to take the measurement of two balcony sliding doors.
After finishing the measurements and taking notes for compiling the permit, he set down with me for about half an hour to go over all the details. Before asking me to sign off each form/disclosure, he went over the respective document and explained what I have to sign off for and why.
Scot also explained to me in details what the permit process is, what the company and my responsibilities are, and the important details of successfully passing the final inspection.
I am looking forward for the completion of the job and having the nice new doors.

We had three windows replaced by Jorge C.and his crew. Their work was meticulous, and all debris was cleared away.

Wrong windows were delivered after a 7 week wait for 4 windows. No one will commit to a new delivery date. Unimpressed.

After my windows were finally installed, I discovered two of them were switched-the left one should have been on the right and the right one on the left. Three more week wait to get that fixed. Nice windows but very poor service.

We just had our Anlin Del Mar windows installed. We could not be happier. From the very first at the showroom to communicate during the manufacturing of the window to the excellent installation Team. All our questions and concerns were answered. Many thanks to the installation team, Julio, Jaime, Santiago, Mark, Max and Ruben. Ten windows were installed in fours hours including clean-up. Job well done! We look forward to working with you next year for the remaining window we need retrofitted.

Hi, I am so very disappointed in the service I have received.
The salesman came out to my home and did a great job selling me the windows, which I do love. They came out to measure one more time, no complaints on that. Then I fell off the radar and did not know when my windows were coming or when they would be installed. I also purchased blinds, never communicated to me that this was a different person, or that it was a whole different install date. I had to call SEVERAL times before I got an answer and the answer was a CYA answer.
The guy who came out to measure for the blinds knew NOTHING. Could not answer my questions. Someone called weeks after the "final" measure to say one of the blinds I had ordered was no longer available. WEEKS, so they had not even been ordered yet.
They came out to measure before Thanksgiving and I am still waiting to have them installed. Same thing happened with my windows, they were not ordered per their promise and that is one of the delays. I will say this, the installers were great.
And now, two weeks ago, I was told that a refund check was in the mail, as I changed the order (in NOVEMBER) and I had already paid. Still don't have my refund. Per the emails today, they are working on it. The refund is $945.00. Not pocket change.
I pray the blinds are what ordered. I have ZERO faith in this.
Also, several pieces of my jewelry were stolen. I can't pin this on AVW, as I did a lot of work and there were other contractors in my home.
I spent a TON of money on my windows and blinds and expected better customer service. I went with them, they were not the lowest bid I got, because of their reputation and the fact that they were a large company
I almost immediately regretted my choice.

Had all my windows replaced, what a difference it makes. The house is more quiet, more energy efficient and much warmer! People at American Vision Windows form the salesperson Dean Ito to Malinda Garcia and the installation team did a fantastic job. Will recommend this company to anybody.

They look excellent except Yelp sign in their ad.
If they are tightly bount to the dirty-playing Yelp like it, they should be also dirty.

AVW did an AMAZING job replacing all of our 36 y/o windows and patio doors. We decided to go with their Anlin products and we could not be happier about it! The quality of products is EXCELLENT and the installation process was super efficient. Everything about our interaction with AVW was professional, on time and great value for money! If we ever move and need windows and patio doors we are going straight to AVW, hands down)

In our days and ages, it is very difficult to find good, honest people. I can say American Vision Windows is not in this category. Not only they did an excellent job replacing my windows over one year ago, but when I had some questions about the locks, they came the next day
(and I live in Petaluma.)
to answer my questions. That is service! I HIGHLY recommend them. I also add to my testimony that they were less expensive that others windows companies.

Absolutely great experience. Had 4 windows replaced that had failed. Gave us a good price on Simonton windows and the installation was done quickly. The installers were very professional and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. Do you do floors?

Everyone we dealt with was so very nice and helpful. They were always prompt and the window arrived on schedule. The crew that did the installation were very professional and did a wonderful.job. They also left the area very clean. Thanks to all. We really like our new window!

American Vision Windows is a wonderful company! We had windows installed 8 years ago in our townhome and needed new screen mesh replaced on two of our windows because of damage done to them by a cat. They had our file and came out the same day I called, repaired with new screen mesh, and left in about 30 minutes. Unbelievable an the only company I recommend for replacement windows!

Our project David Nguyen spent four hours at our house taking measurements and showing us how the project would proceed. He walked us through the financing process. He was available for questions whenever I had them. The crews showed up on time in six trucks and knocked out 25 windows in one day. They were pleasant and professional. Their lead tech Mark kept everything on track and gave us a walk through of how our windows worked and made sure they were locked before he left. Our windows look great and have a lifetime warranty for workmanship, installation, and breakage. Awesome job.
