Angel View Resale Store - Hemet

Good thrift store. Very clean. U won't find items on the floor all tossed around like they were donated. Lol. There very organized and lots of good deals.

Used to shop here alot but now their prices are outrageous. I know they want to make up while.being closed but not on my dollar. I went to WalMart just before going there and their clothing prices pretty much the
same

I love shopping at the Angel View Resale stores in Hemet and San Jacinto.
I always seem to find neat treasures. I especially like going into the Hemet store on Sanderson because of the sales lady, Debbie. She is one of the nicest customer service people I've ever met. She always has a smile and a warm greeting.

This place has the worst customer service ever. They treat everyone as if they’re thief’s. One of the employees almost ran into me trying to be nosy about my purchase. They picture frame i wanted was 9.99 but the tag fell off from the walk to the register they then told me they can only sell it for 14.99 not the original price of 9.99. Oh well I won’t be shopping there anymore due to them being so rude about it.

This location is completely ridiculous. I waited by the donation center for help and no one wanted to open the door until I went to the front and told the cashier I needed help with my donation then she finally called someone in the back to help. The inventory of items in the houseware area is a lot of overpriced junk. I found broken items prices for way more then they should be. The clothing and shoes isn’t worth the buy if you guys are going to put clothing out with holes/stains. Come on now

I Absolutely loved this store! I realy got some real good stuff all under 5 bucks! A Rice Cooker in very good condition plus 2 pans with lids!

I love Angel View! Everyone that works there are so nice & friendly. They are always willing to help you out. I always find something I didn't know I needed! Y'all should check out Angel View.you will be happy you did. Next time you clean out your closet or garage. Angel View will be more than happy to take your donation. ️

The shelfs of houseware items were cluttered couldn’t see much and didn’t want to break anything in the process. Tried to donate but the donation doors were locked but I seen people inside working. The isle of clothing is packed I can hardly see what I want to buy. I think goodwill or the Salvation Army is more neat compared to this store. Waited and waited for a dressing room.the girl at the checkout had a line and said she called for a fitting room and continued to wait.

They have very nice, gently used name brand clothing, shoes, purses and so much more for a very reasonable prices.

If you are looking for a bargain you will find it here at Angel View! They have a wide variety from clothes furniture dishes appliances and even more!

Tried to buy two toys (that were chiped and had crayon marks all over them mind you) that were both maked for under a dollar. (One for 0.99 the other for 1.00)
At checkout they were taken to the back to "check for sales" and they took off the price tags.
When they returned they then said that they were 7.99 a piece! Displeased!

Parking's a problem-seems 2 B always congested in the " Lowe's" area. Good merchandise. Orderly.

Great store, employees and of course treasures. I am there every week, and always find something.great service with a smile!

What can I say about Monique Great customer service! Monique went above and beyond. Customer service to make our shopping experience a pleasant one.

I'm always being dragged out by my wife and daughter. Usually I find good deals on shoes, boots, books and videos. And it all goes to a good cause.

Nice & clean! Never smells like ass or old feet. Staff is friendly as well as courteous. Decent finds for decent prices.

Very nice store with good service, the employees always more than happy to help. I had a very pleasant shopping experience here, they had a bit of everything and a very well organized store.

I’ve shopped at the location in Temecula and decided to make my way down to Hemet to see if this store was just as great and sadly I was very let down. The merchandise is lovely as well as majority of the prices, but the customer service is A JOKE! I needed a hand to get my items to the car and the big white man “helping” me asked if I could wait till his break was finished! I laughed because it was unbelievable that I couldn’t get help or at least have someone else assist me. It didn’t stop there. I went to the woman in the donation center to ask for a price outside and before she could answer my question she was talking to another employee about her own sex life! I had to stand and hear her air out her dirty laundry before she finally gave me a price and I asked if I could speak to her manager and she told me she was the manager. She seen me standing there and didn’t even bother to stop what she was doing to acknowledge a potential paying customer. I’ve worked in retail for years to know that what I saw was a big no no. I’m curious to know who is actually running this place to allow their employees run a muck and be disrespectful. To sum this up; don’t bother coming to this location

I came in for one thing and left with many more items then I expected! The clothing is well priced and almost like new. Very clean store and fully stocked. I never like to write bad reviews but I do want to say, On Monday i asked for a price on a piece of furniture and waited for the manager to give me a price just for her to never get back to me. I would have purchased the item of furniture but the manager walked away from me and said to hold on which I did and never got an answer. I then waited in line while the cashier called for a second clerk which took a while then I finally got help but the professionalism was lacking here for me.

Very unqualified management who ever is in charge of this place. I had a bad experience coming in with my mom Saturday. I asked the lady working the counter which she claims to be the manager (which I hope was a joke) for a price on an item that didn’t have a price tag and she couldn’t stop to acknowledge me until she was done staring off into space. If anyone knows how I can contact Human Resources to have this employee looked into please let me know because my wife had the same experience with her when we were dropping off our donations to help fund this damn place. Won’t be donating here or having my mom come in here anymore. Bad manners won’t get you good business.sorry
