What’s up with this location? I haven’t been in here in a minute and it’s being ran by rude ass staff!? I brought my grandma in here Sunday and didn’t appreciate getting talked down to. I’ll never come in this joint again to be ignored when trying to figure out a price outside. I’ve been in retail before and let me tell you if you want to bring money in then reevaluate your employees man. I wanted a price outside for my grandma and none of your rude asses could take a minute off your phone to help me out? Thumbs down for real sorry angel view

Great place, with great customer service.as long as you aren't dealing with the person in charge of the donation center, on the right side. I was interested in purchasing a pressure washer, but it didn't have any gas. So I asked the person that worked there if the pressure washer worked. He said he didn't know. So I asked if I could go to the gas station to buy some gas, then come back to test it out. He then proceeded to tell me that I'm not allowed to do that. So then I asked if I could return it if it didn't work, to which he replied, "no, it is sold "as is". Really? RUDE customer service!

Friendly, helpful staff. I was looking for serving platters and bowls for my Church and I was able to get everything I needed.

I really hate to have to write a poor review for this location even though they have the best furniture and clothing, the employee who I believe is the manager is not very helpful and it shows. I don’t want to smell marijuana on you when I’m dropping off a donation and I’d rather not get an attitude from you while I try to make small talk. I love angel view and my husband and I have supported this organization for many years, but I refuse to go to this location if all I’m going to see is an employee on their phone and another employee not wanting to help my husband carry out our purchase. I can’t lift as much as I use to so when I have donations I ask that you be so kind to help! The items in the house ware department is messy and beginning to look worse then the clearance center. If you don’t like your job I suggested finding a new one where you don’t have to interact with people. I will contact HR or who ever is in charge of this company to inform them of how lousy the customer service was. I love the service I receive from every other angel view besides this location. Don’t get me wrong I do enjoy coming to buy furniture or whatever it may be here but I will no longer go here if this employee is working here.

I bought a beautiful hutch a while back and it’s still in good condition. This angel view is more elevated than their clearance center but more messy on their shelf’s. I always check out the new merchandise in the baskets to see what comes out but it’s more junk than I’m used to seeing I was shocked. I found toenail clippers for 5.99 que loco! I donated items of clothing but every time I need help with my donations I see everyone occupied on their phone I had wait for someone to finish texting on the phone to help me out perezoso!

Could have better customer service! I donated a lot of good items of clothes that my grandson grew out of and the woman in the donation center wasn’t kind. I needed help and she asked someone else to help me because she was too busy on her cellphone. The man that did help me was very kind and I appreciated him helping me with my bags. Won’t come to donate next time if I can’t get better customer service

Wow man the Temecula location was a better experience for me overall. This location has a wide selection of merchandise but good luck with trying to find what you’re looking for because the shelf’s are over crowded. I was lucky to find a coffee machine for a decent price but there were so many electronics on top of each other. I won’t bash this location because the employee in the front was helpful. But why was there only one cashier when I had to wait a while for her back up to finally come out
