I took my dogs for grooming. And the woman older lady at from was rude to check in Whe I told her she was benign rude. She called a woman from the back. She said was the owner. And she was even more rude then the woman checking in To my surprise one of my dogs was all cut up on he’s front legs Never coming back to this place. Be aware of this crazy irresponsible people

Never going back. I left my dog for grooming at 9 am and she wasn’t ready until 4: 30 pm. Bad staff attitude and the worst part is my dog had a bad blotchy haircut.

This business is too unorganized and unprofessional. The prices fluctuate, not based on dogs services or listed prices, but based on who checks you out. When the owner calculates your bill and it's a holiday weekend, she adds

$10 higher and makes excuses like it was the dog whose different. I did business therefore
past 8 mos and

Hat at but I do know your pets will be there all day and they dont even give them water. I've telephoned while in shop and watched them let phone ring and tell me oh the phone never rung.

I go there alot. They are friendly and clean. My dog doesn't seem bothered when I pick her up. They usually fit her in if I don't make an appt. Inexpensive rates.

Been coming for a couple years now. Small mom and pop shop but they always take care of their clients.

This is a very inexpensive dog grooming shop. Groomers are good with the dogs and do exactly what you ask for. Anna, the owner, also needs Yorkies, she is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer your questions. I have been going there for over ten years.

She and her ppl do a beautiful job on my dogs. I have been taking my dogs and my mothers dog to Annas for years.

The first time I've taken my babies their haircuts was ok, just taken them again second time it is beautiful beyond words! I just love the way they look!

Very good service and fair pricing. My pup needed grooming call around and no one could get me in for the day but Anna was able to squeeze my pup on for an appointment. Will definitely come here again thanks.

They do a good job. But they forget to call the owners when there puppy are ready from their grooming. Great price but lack of commission.

Purchased both of my yorkies there. Male and female. Never had any issues. They do a great job with grooming my fur baby’s. Anna, is friendly and very professional.

They have been my dogs groomers for 9 years, the service is excellent, they are very nice and my dogs love them, they even do really fancy hair style on my long hair dog, she loves it!

Anna Barardini, of Anna's Pet Grooming in Norwalk, CA, sold me a puppy that got very sick within a few months and died riddled with disease a few years later. The dog's illnesses cost me a ton of money on vet bills. I feel that Anna Berardini mislead and lied to me repeatedly! Suggestions: (1) Do not get suck in by the "cute puppy" picture she sends, (2) research online using keywords "anna barardini of norwalk ca sold me sick puppy, " and (3) "insist" on seeing "both" parents.
