Anna's Pet Grooming, Norwalk CA

Took my mammas (charli) a month ago.loved the work they did on her n she smelled good.time to schedule another appointment.

I bought a dog she told me was going to be a toy and it is already 4 pounds and it is barely 4 months. Also the dog had a lot of fleas. I'm very clean with my dog. I give her a bath every 5 days and the fleas still haven't one away.

Hi i took my dog in for grooming and had the worse job done to my dog.they injured her left a half inch hole in her leg and did not tell us about it had to take to vet will never go back to this place

I took my poodle to this and they did a really bad jod and wen i told them why they didn't did wat y told them to do anna got really mad and she told me not to come back.

Love Anna's Grooming. She treats my puppies great and they look so adorable when I pick them up. Been going to Anna's for almost 10 years. I'll never change! Thank you Anna!

We had an excellent experience at Anna's. She was very helpful and patient as we picked out just the right puppy for us. She helped us with the crate, good advice and other accessories we needed to get started. It's been one month since we brought our sweet Cockapoo Bailey home. Her vet gave her a clean bill of health. I take my dogs to Anna's every once & a while. And she provides me with excellent service & well groomed dogs. Highly recommended.:)

Terrible place to bring your pets! First time I brought my two small dogs for grooming, they returned them to me with their nails cut too short and bleeding all over the bed sheets. Giving them benefit of doubt, I brought my dogs a second time for grooming. They cut their hair but did not bathe them. They swore up and down that they did get a bath. I pointed out that they still had dirt on their bellies and dirty ears. FOOL ME ONE, SHAME ON YOU. FOOL ME TWICE, THAT'S JUST WRONG!

Just bought our male Maltese puppy today. She is so nice and professional. She has a lot of experience with puppies. She gave us his shot record and he's been a great and healthy puppy. She told us to call her if we had any problems. Highly recommend Anna's pets and grooming. Healthy puppies and kittens.

My dig got sick (kennel cough) after spending the night there. Anna is nice in order to get your business, and was rude and called the police and said I was homeless why? I dont know maybe because I was on a bike.when I went bavk and told her what happened to my dog.

I been a customer for over 4years I lost my cat during bad times me my son adopt our new cat and now we are very happy thanks everyone

I had just took my dog Liela to your place and then she got a good haircut but y'all cut her paw and you could've warned me about it and I want my money back

We had purchased a toy chihuahua from her 3 years ago. She became our lil angel! Anna & staff are such a blessing! I have even taken het kitties last year. My stray cat had. She is a very great woman! She rescues pets too! Thank you Anna & staff. I actually have another set of kitties I will be calling her about again. Same time as last year too. Lol

We got a pretty girl kitten from Anna's. She is3 now and has a beautiful healthy coat and loves to talk. But we had to provide her with shots from what o remembered. But we r very pleased with our cat from Anna's. Thank you for helping homeless animals find a home.

My husky baby is always well treated and comes back clean and smelling good! She gets a cute bow or bandana every time. I've always had a great experience
