28Made a shopping reservation from 3-3: 15 and received no help. I checked in and I waited and waited. What’s the point of making a reservation if you’re not gonna be helped during the time you picked? ! No worker let me know or gave me a heads up that it was gonna take longer than expected. After 20 mins and still no help, I ended leaving. Such a waste of time.
Horrible I had made a reservation for exchange and returns. So, upon arrival I check on and another apple specialist says my appointment is not with a genius bat and have yo wait 2 hours. Really? I have n ema confirmation that says otherwise. I hate Apple
Switching over to android. Apple is a joke, not only are the prices outrageously priced, they stopped including chargers in boxes. Such a rip off. Android offers more at a lower price.
I went to pick up my phone after I just dropped it off to get fixed and right away they thought I was lying asking me all these question to show proof by putting my password and ID in because they didn’t believe I was picking up my own phone.take in mind my daughter is my screen saver on the phone and I was with my daughter when I was picking it up, I think they saw the way I looked and judged me right away, but at least they gave me my phone back after they hassled me.
Great place to hwy help with my i pad, but the waite times just to long and seats to waite on uncomfortable!
I am constantly having bad experience with this store, last time I spoke with CR she said that she is the manager of the store, but everything gone worst. She was bringing not legit examples by hurting instead of helping or giving some advise. I just cannot understand how the person who can seems high and have fun on customers can be a manager. I am very disappointed on customer service and on apple products that keeps dropping their quality year by year.
Had trouble with my MacBook Pro, came in for repair and got it back the next day, had a little more trouble after the repair and brought it back and they fixed it on the spot, Timmy who helped me was of great help!
My iPhone 11 is freezing all the time I walked into the store to see if they can help solve the problem on this thousand dollar Phone. The staff member greeting me treated me like a Persona non grata he was very rude and talked down to me because I am elderly and not as tech savvy as him. I will never buy another apple product
Three hour wait. Brought an iphone in to address a 'searching' / 'no service' issue that couldn't be solved by my carrier. After an hour of reinstalling software I was told that they couldn't fix the problem and then they left me locked out of my phone. Wasted hours of time and lost access to my device.
Spent 20 minutes on the phone, and I was under the impression that I get a battery replacement on the spot if needed. 40 minutes drive, 45 minutes finding parking, 5 minutes wait, 5 minutes consultation (yep, need a battery, but can’t get to it till 5.5 hours later, since I can’t wait, so rescheduled), 10 minutes getting out of the parking, 45 minutes drive home. Get 1 star for making me do it again in a few days.
Bought my first laptop here. Like many apple stores, the salesmen have a good knowledge of their products and will not push to get the most expensive product sold. However, waiting time is very long and not all products are in store. Would have been better if Mandarin salesmen are available, waiting time are shortened and stock refilled more quickly.
I had an appointment and I waited longer than the walk-ins. I don’t recommend this apple store at all. Bad service for battery replacements.
Worst customer service rep. Short blonde bob hair cut female not sure what her name is but I came in over a stolen laptop and she did not help me at all.
Wait times even with appointment are long. Had to leave after they told me a battery replacement could take 2 hrs. The Americana location is way better in my opinion.
I'm not personally a fan of Apple, but some of my family are users, so we come here for maintenance and whatnot as it's the most convenient location for us. Generally, the store is really crowded and busy, as is to be expected. Wait times are also quite long, which is to be expected also. But overall, the support and service we get is decent. Generally, it's not the most perfect experience ever, but it's okay and meets what I expect.
Just made a phone call to Apple store at Glendale Galleria and this salesperson is super bad service. All i want to know is if i could drop my iphone 6plus earlier then my appointment she gave me run around answer. Its just yes or no.
First time here and it was a really great experience! Had an issue with my macbook pro where the screen was broken. The staff at the genius bar were incredibly friendly, helpful and replaced my screen for FREE! I ended up saving hundreds of dollars on the repair! Also, the service time which was estimated at 3 days ended up just taking a few hours! Really great experience and I highly recommend going to this apple store for computer service!
First time visiting here, and had a Horrible experience. The employees are very unhelpful, and not at all friendly. My husband had to help Someone because the store didn’t have any bilingual employees. As customers we shouldn’t have to do their jobs for them. Apple should ensure they hire people who are bilingual since their fan base ranges. I will personally not be going back.
Very friendly and helpful staff, Diana in particular was patient with my barrage of questions and made the whole experience pleasant.
I dropped my Iphone and it was badly cracked when I took to this apple store they were able to fix it amazing good tech's at this location
