I highly recommend this cell phone store to everyone because it is very easy to get there and because the staff is really friendly and helpful. They answer all your questions in a very succinct manner and they don't make you wait a long time to help you. You only have to wait about 10 minutes for them to finish helping the other customer so that they can help you.

Be aware the repairs on MacBooks and others tend to be very expensive and have flat-rate repair charges that are sky high - often as much as the laptop is worth, and they only give you a 90 day warranty. They quoted me $575 to fix a 2015 MacBook that was only worth $600 and it was always babied and in perfect shape.
It's better usually to buy a refurbished laptop from Apple and get a year free AppleCare warranty and an option to add more years.

I went to fix my macbook after an update keeps popping up on my computer and it told me to update. After updating my computer froze which had been working for 6 years now. They gave me the runaround and told me I had to fix it for $250 which is outrageous given it was Apple's fault. Worst Customer Service! This is not the first and last time they give you run around trying to make profit.

I finally bought my first iPad and I’m so excited! I went years telling myself that I didn’t need a tablet because I had my phone but I finally got fed up with looking at the small screen while I was laying on my couch or in my bed and decided to pick up an iPad. I didn’t know that much about them so I was extremely grateful that the staff was able to assist me in finding the right one!

With all of their technology, Apple cannot manage to figure out timely customer service. This Genius Bar is a mixed bag of condescending and polite/knowledgeable. Good luck!

I made an appointment at 6pm and they told me it’s gonna be 1 to 1 and a half hour to wait. So I waited for 2 hours and didnt get any messages till 8: 50 pm. I think the store is gonna close so I went in and asked how much longer am I gonna wait. And the guy acted like they have no more appointments then he checked his iPad and found my name there. So finally I get into their bar waiting for someone to help me. And they request the receipt of my phone, said can’t repair it without the purchase receipt.i bet you keep all ur receipts in ur home dude. 3hours wasted for this.

They were closed unexpectedly-I had an appointment for tonight at 7: 30, the store was closed. No email no phone call. It takes an hour to get there- very disappointed.

DEPLORABLE DEPLORABLE service, I could never call it customer service because the millennial zombie drownes that are employed there show zero personality or interest in service. Much of the fault is Apple, there ridiculous "appointment" which results in showing up at your designated "appointment" time at the store to be told "we will need to order the battery" wait another week, drop off my phone at 12: 30, return in the store at 4: 30. Wait, wait, wait, until 6pm to have my phone back in my hands. Do you think one of these programmed milenialls checked in with me once to report the status of what was taking a damned 1 and 1/2 hours as my ass became numb from their cheap Ikea stools they park you on? I twice hailed down employees that look as if they are busily shuffling about with heads buried in iPads to ask what is happening with my battery replacement and why it is taking 50 mins to be helped then at 1 hour and 15 mins I asked another employee where is my phone? Not one ounce of even fake compassion, care, apologies for inept horrific service. I've owned a business and if it were run as inefficiently and employed such sub-human workers I'd have been out of business. Apple has fallen off its self made pedestal thankfully and I urge anyone thinking of buying any Apple product to buy anything else. Overpriced, over hyped garbage.
