25Terrible service, they do not greet you if you are not dressed in a wealthy way, not only once twice he has done it, it feels like discrimination
Apple prides itself in its image, but it's simply not working people-wise at this location. Similar to a high school theater trope, this team seems diversified yet pretentious, disorganized, and flat out rude. Expect to wait if you have an appointment. Expect to wait if you have questions. Expect to wait in any circumstance, with teammates just huddling into their own cliques. After 3+ visits, with and without appointments, it's safe to say this team sucks.
Very organized and clean. We made an appointment online to get a new battery installed on an IPhone and arrived on time. We were met by a sweet woman out front who immediately checked us in on her IPad. We were told to stand on a designated circle until called. In 5 minutes a sweet and polite employee named Cole came out to get us.once inside, he examined the phone and asked us to come back in 1 hour add a half. Sure enough.we came back at the exact time he told us and the phone was done and waiting for us! Wow! Super efficient and Cole was fantastic.
In tiny print on the website it has vague wording about needing a reservation, but it actually says “walk in. ” I came in ready to buy something and leave, and they were unwilling to help. Absolutely no effort to accommodate. This is not Kawasaki’s Apple.
Sherman Oaks Fashion Square iS the best. I went to Macy's Bloomingdales and went to Chipotle take out for dinner. Mall very crowded. Safety regulations secure for all.
ZIRO REVIEW! Today I come pick up my IMac from repair.the Manager his name is Niko, charge me extra money for not reason, he told me to pay about my iDrive, That’s ridiculous give you self a favor don’t use the store special this guy name is Niko definitely NO professional!
The wait was kind of long. But the staff is very friendly and wants to make sure you’re taken care of. I definitely will be back when my phone has problems again.

Overall it’s a good store, But always crowded. If you need it to fix your phone/iPad prepared to 3 to 5 hours waiting.
Another store that they think they are doing a favor to the people, they have crappy phones constantly we have problems.
Nice store, people were very friendly and they gave me a free battery replacement because it took longer than expected.

Amazing service I got helped by Javier he’s is amazing and very helpful! He helped me with getting the IPhone Xmax. The process was really quick and he did his best to solve my problem with the SIM card as well. Thanks to him:)
Was in the store 15 minutes, not one Fu.ng person helped me. Some looking at their phones some talking 2 each other. Apples customer service has become a joke. I just walked out and you should also.
Came in early to buy a new phone. Took me 2 hours and I was only the 5th persons in line.very unprofessional
I was treated the right way here, no need to speak with management because associates on the sales floor are professional and well trained
I really appreciated that instead of having to wait in the store, they put my name and number on the list and texted me when it was time for me to come back. I was even able to push my appt back by half an hour via text.
I bought a new Apple phone 8+ and immediately had problems with it. I did have to come back twice. However, the associates were helpful and did help me get on the phone with the Icloud people who were kind and patient and helped me when my new phone had 3 Apple ID's! Finally it all worked out. I have had good experiences with the Apple associates.
Waited 2hrs and when it was my turn they weren’t even helpful at all, worse customer service ever! If I can give zero stars I Would.
Mark was very unhelpful. He refused to help me on any issues, refused to answer any questions and one answer had nothing to do with another, EXTREAMlLY BAD ATTITUDE. He sent me home and told me to come back tomorrow like I have nothing better to do.
