Apple Sherman Oaks

When I arrive they just send me with older lady and I waited for the lady to be available for 20 minutes after she said she couldn't help me that she only provide new merchandise for clients not repairs to pick up she was trying to get some one to help me she ask 3 people younger to help me and they ignore saying I'm bussy last young girl only told her how to input me at the system then I waited another 28 minutes exact.really bad customers service.

Much too crowded. Why did they close the Simi Town Center location? It was always full of people. Service was good good, the wait was not. Bad move.

So I just bought an iPhone for the first time and I must say they are friendly and amazing group of people thank you for ur great service I'll be back

Keep in mind Apple store's are by nature packed. It comes with the territory. Make an appointment and be sure to arrive a few minutes prior. The staff great! They are very, kind and knowledgeable.

We arrived without an appointment and within 20 minutes someone was helping us. It gave us time to play with all the new equipment so it wasn't bad.

What to say about apple? They did it right! I had a worker give me attitude for no reason however his manager fought it and apologized right away. It was just like out of a management book! Bravo apple I’m a customer for life!
