Apple Stanford reviews
36 The staff was well-informed, courteous, and nicely attentive. When I took time to try out circle back the Mac Air, the employee who was tending to me would circle back appropriately to see if he could help.
I reserve 5 stars for geniuses)
What a great design for a store. Inside out, all aspects of architecture. You enter and there is no doubt you buy a quality product.
Service was super slow without being there at rush hour. The seller we had did not have much experience in his job.
Not bad, but could have been better. I am comparing with the customer service obtained in Barcelona.
As expected, a sleekly-designed Apple store at a high-end shopping center in the vicinity of Stanford:)
Fan-bloody-tastic service. Beautiful store. Large range of Apple products and accessories right in the Stanford Mall.beside Tesla. Always a great experience and worth dropping in just to see what's new. The checkout experience always makes me smile. The staff are super helpful and interesting to chat with too.
They sold defective iPhone products, the iphone doesn’t work completely completely after 5 months, no water! No broken screen! Juse it is not charged! I still have recipes with me! They refused to exchang it, if i want to repair it, i need to be changed by myself!
Cool place, lots of gadgets to try out and saw some techs give a detailed demo to some elderly women
Couldn't even try a Mac mini. Only one set up, and it seemed like the monitor was the problem. Instead of replace the monitor. "Sorry", we can't show you one of our newest products.
Its a apple store for rich people. J.k
But yeah its the best store maybe its because its in Stanford
Other stores look like babies infront of this one
Long waiting time for fixing my iPad, although my iPad is totally new, but it has one defect, it's always at headphone mode, can't switch to speaker mode. It sounds stupid that the software can't add a switch to select between headphone and speakers. Very disappointed with Apple.
Attentive team members and quick turnaround on service requests. Great shopping area while you are waiting for the repair to get completed!
If you're ever in need of repair/advice, Dante is the man to go to! He helped me tremendously and even replaced my faulty iphone without hesitation. Thanks Dante!
Very busy, had to get into a virtual queue to get help. Beautiful store and when we were able to get help, it was well done.
Came in with a bricked iPad and an appointment. Walked out 15 minutes later with it fully functioning, despite the store bring absolutely packed.
Easy mall parking. Nice spacious store. Due to store being busy, may take a little time to get a salesperson to help you out with questions or recommendations. Otherwise, a nice location in the Stanford shopping center.
We went for information and after waiting for about 7 min. A very helpful and friendly sales rep responded all our questions. They need a better organization. When we came in we didn't know where to go to get help
Okay, typical Apple store in many ways, including the long wait times and understaffing issues. They run a tight ship, but unfortunately not in a way that is good for customers.
A lot of self impressed folks. Waited a long time against back wall as told for my turn to get help. When I pointed that out to the customer who jumped in front, he was gracious. The Apple flunkie acknowledged it, said he was going to get more help, and disappeared completely. Like a snobby IKEA
Bad service and a long wait despite having an appointment. A technician gave us a dirty look when we asked for a paper receipt.
