42Dropped my Apple Watch of for repair last week. Received an email that my watch was being returned due to the fact that I was unreachable. I've had the same phone number and email for at least 20 years, and it was provided at the time of the transaction. I never received an email or a phone call regarding the situation. I've been trying to call the store to check on the status of the repair, and the phone just rings and rings, and eventually disconnects. I've been trying now for over three hours. I used to think of Apple as having superior customer service - which is the primary reason I've remained a loyal customer. I'm now starting to realize, however, that their just another corporation that's losing the focus on their customer base.
Customer service needs improvement. Walked in looking for help so I stand right in front of a group of employees. Feels like it takes them a few minutes to realize I’m standing there waiting for help. Some employees deliberately avoid eye contact with me and just stand there chatting with each other.
