We have been given the run around with Apria, regarding my husband's replacement CPAP machine. Have called almost daily for two weeks and given a different answer as to the status of his machine. I have been told 3 times it was shipped. SO disappointed about the lack of care. I think we had two people that acted like they wanted to help us. I have offered to pick it up and was originally told no, then told i need an appointment to pick up, but can't do that now that it has supposedly shipped. Asked to speak to a supervisor she picked up then hung up on me. Called back and was told they see we had a lot of problems, but she did not know what we wanted her to do about it.still no idea of the delivery ate of the machine. Customer Service at it's finest.

I have been trying to call for weeks to begin the process for medical equipment. I have left messages and tried all routing numbers on your phone system, and have not been able to get through to any representative or received any call backs. Very poor (actually NO) service!

Like others I've had a negative experience here. I have severe sleep apnea and they are taking so long to give me my machine and mask. It's been over three months and they always have some reason to not give it to me. Very sad service these people give.

My son was hospitalized with pneumonia and was ordered a nebulizer which has yet TK be delivered and he was hospitalized 6 weeks ago. I have called several times and get no response. The only thing that was delivered was a pediatric mask. Very disappointing.

Great when they called to confirm delivery, but when I had to call them back that the item was wrong very rude. I work for a woman who is severely disabled and she has been very patient till now. She doesn't understand what is so hard about getting a commode/ shower chair.

Dropped off Biliblanket. Nurse was supposed to come to check on baby. Never did. Had to go out of my way to get her numbers checked. No one ever came to pick it back up. Called and was informed I HAD TO BE THE ONE to return it, that they were going to send me a box, that I had to put the machine in it and FedEx would make 3 attempts to pick it up. Sounds sketchy and i don't want to be responsible for it being stolen. This company sucks. Terrible communication.

Apria as a company is absolutely TERRIBLE when it comes to customer service. You won't be helped right away, if at all, they employees couldn't be less knowledgeable and I promise you will constantly be on hold for a very, very long time. Kaiser really messed up going into business with Apria. The equipment is free but you pay for it with time, frustration and dealing with incompetence. Honestly, I'm at the point where I'd rather pay.

Horrible equipment and billing service extremely poor they charged for equipment that was not picked up for a month after I called to be picked up and they still charged me for it.

Dispatch people are inefficient, poor driver delivered my equipment to my mailing address and not my home.

Also the nebulizer by Drive mfg, does not work and customer service said very rudely "sorry for the inconvenience"

The driver that came to pick up our equipment was amazing. Christian was not only professional but efficient in loading up and explaining the paperwork. He took the time to answer our questions although they were admin related.
Thank you Christain, for being so thorough and considerate.

I glad to have such glad experience with staff, her name is jelveh Mehri she is take care of my grandma she does have savior asthma and bypass so sick, jelveh very friendly and patient take care of my grandma and available any time we need her, thanks a million for doing such great job

I have spent approximately 3 hours on the phone with this company in the last 2 weeks trying to get cpap supplies for one of our patients. Every person that I spoke with gave me a different answer. I've been transferred so many times I've lost track. I believe they do this so that the caller will just give up and hang up. This time Ebony put me on hold since 12: 30 and I am still listening to the recording that says they will be with me shortly. I've been transferred to the Cpap supply department only to be hung up on. If you have a choice please do not use this company. I am now going to have to send the patient to the physical location to try to get some help as no one is capable to do so.

This is THE WORSTE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! They literally steal from you. I have returned my CPAP because they sent me a different one than I ordered and will not give my money back when they have the CPAP. Terrible Service, Terrible people I have spent a month on the phone every single day and all they do is transfer you to people who have no idea what they are talking about. Worst company I have literally ever dealt with. It's sickening.

They never answer the phone and when they do they pass the buck to someone else at another number that CAN NOT help you. They don't listen. When you go to the Van Nuys branch they try to help but half the time don't understand. AND the hours they are open 9-4 make it impossible for you to be able to see them in person to resolve an issue. They say to change masks to call in and you only have 30 days. But the people you call don't help or understand. And once again, WORKING PEOPLE CAN NOT GET TO THE BRANCH BEFORE they close! It's horrible. I've spent so many hours on the phone trying to change my mask it's insane. When I finally do get someone they'll probably tell me I have to pay for it. Horrible service.

Apria is the biggest group of idiots I have ever met! If you can do any other company please do so! Their service is awful and you cannot get in touch with them if it is an emergency as we speak, my parents Electricy has been out since the evening and my fathers emergency tank is leaking. Not that they care.it's impossible to get ahold of anyone and we may need to call 911. IDIOTS

I actually worked here for two years. Costumer complaints were very high, staff here are slow and lazy, often "very" unsanitary! I was actually terminated from this job, I wasn't having it here, glad to say I'm way better off now!

Worst company ever. I live 20 minutes away and if you call it's transfered to the Philippines what a nightmare trying to get information on a simple question. I rate them 0 stars

0 STARS- If you can avoid going here do so. They are uncaring, uninformed and generally don't do anything to help you out. I started with these idiots in August! It's now October and I still haven't had a good night's sleep. Frankly, Apria is a terrible run company and I'm sure Kaiser uses them because they are cheap.

If I could give zero Stars I would. They have horrible customer service they switch you up between the local branch and some overseas customer service line.communication is horrible no follow-ups. I've been waiting on a wheelchair now for almost 4 months I'm the one who's had to do all the follow-up because even though they promised to do so they never follow up or contact you to give you a status on your order. When a service visit is scheduled they never keep it and never give you a time frame and then when they miss their time frame they will call you up unannounced and tell you when they're coming no negotiation on when the patient or customer is available. I wish hospitals had an alternate service for durable medical equipment because these guys are unbelievably incompetent. I don't know how they actually stay in business having this type of service any other company I think would have gone broke by now. If you have the money or options please take your business elsewhere!
