22Horrible customer service, Billing is a nightmare and outright fraudulent. I ordered a wheelchair for my daughter which was supposed to be delivered by 8 p.m. / Showed up 2 in the morning, wrong size wrong leg rest! Basically useless. Four days later they came and took it away, but they continue billing me for 3 months for full rental. Every Time I made a complain, after 25-57 minutes being on hold before someone actually picks up the phone. Worst experience! And still not resolved!
This is the worst company to deal with for followup on supplies. The web site is supposed have a representative call you for replacement CPAP supplies. This feature has never worked. No one has ever called me.
When you call the phone number, you get transferred to numerous people until you can order the supplies.
I have tried to sign up for auto delivery to no avail.
I wish I could go to a different vendor jsut to get service.
