A&S Motorcycles BMW Triumph Ducati

I just had my BMW 1200GS serviced by A&S. I purchased my motorcycle there in 2012 and have always had them service my bike. They are a very professional and highly competent operation. This is the fourth BMW motorcycle I have purchased from A&S.

My bike died out on hwy5 after 6 hours a tow finally arrived to tow the bike to Fresno BMW, it sat there for 4 days.
Randy at A&S offered to go get it. They worked on it for a week found the issue and returned the bike it perfect working order and even washed it

Fairly quick turn around for the amount of people that were there when the shop opened. I had a wheel off tire change. I think they even cleaned my wheel.will go back.

I purchased a pre-owned Ducati from a private individual about a year ago. Even though I did not purchase this vehicle from A&S they have still embraced me as family. That's honestly what it feels like each time I get the opportunity to go there, like family. Specifically Harrison and Art are the gentlemen that I go to for information and help. They're both very knowledgeable and I trust them. In general the dealership has been top notch and I always recommend it to fellow riders. Way to go A&S!

I worked with David M.who is great guy with great advice. Everyone is very helpful and they will even take you on a demo ride to make sure the bike you think you want is what you actually want.
The only advice I have is give yourself time. If you are trading in a bike and/or getting financing it will take several hours so just plan on that. If you pay cash with no trade you should be in and out in about 2 hours though.

I went in for my 7500 mi service on my ducati scrambler 1100 sport and it took 6 weeks to get my bike back. They called me on a Saturday for pickup but I had to work so I told them I would pick it up Tuesday. I took time off work to pick it up and they still didn't have it ready. I waited and when I rode it home it was a terrifying ride home. The front end was shaking at 70+ mph. I used to go 100+ with no issues. I don't know what I should do at this point but I'm not going back there. $2285 was the charge by the way.

Great place, lots of parts and many awesome bikes, bought my gs there. Always First class service a everyone is professional an knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

A&S has been fantastic from the moment I started shopping for my bike. From their no pressure sales experience to the help you in every way follow up. Every aspect of the A&S team is top notch.

My brother Jesus and I walked in yesterday and we found the perfect bike for him with our salesman David. Being that we are experienced riders we wanted to be sure it was the bike for him so we left to test out a few more bikes at Sac Harley. We didn’t like anything at Sac Harley so we returned to this dealership to buy. We sat down with David again to discuss pricing and asked again if there was anything he could do with the price. He became incredibly rude and disrespectful. We were ready to buy the motorcycle had our bank preapproval and had every right as customers to inquire regarding price negotiation. We ended up walking out and leaving credit app on his desk because of how rude and disrespectful he was and decided to go check out other dealerships next weekend to buy. Doesn’t matter how much we loved the bike it’s not worth being disrespected. Terrible dealership. Sacramento Harley had such amazing customer service we were sad they didn’t have anything we liked. If we could we would have bought something yesterday from Harley
. Don’t bother coming to this dealership.

Brought my Ducati in for a service and a warranty issue. The staff keeps you in the loop and communicates clearly and keep promises. Keep up the the awesome work Art and friends!

I have been dealing with A & S since 1999. First as a CHP Motor Officer and now with my personal bike. The employees at A & S have alway been OUTSTANDING. They are courteous, kind, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable. Of course they are expensive $$$$$. You are talking top of the line motorcycles, so you always get what you pay for. To get that "Hello Bill" when you walk in the door, from Val. It means the world.

Big dealer with huge variety from Triumph to Ducati to BMW the have a great selection of bikes, with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable salesmen. Service department looks premium with 1st class feel to top off the high end feel to the dealership but haven't had to use service department yet.

David is the best if you want to inquire or buy a motorcycle. Although he is in the Triumph Dept.he can sell you BMW or Ducati, along with Triumph. Great inventory of bikes and parts.

They are very professional and personal, but you pay the premium for well traned employees. Top notch shop.

I recently ended up with an old BMW bike. It needed some parts, so this is where I went. Really impressive showroom, excellent help at the parts counter

I brought my Triumph in for tires and tubes to be mounted and a rear brake issue. They delivered on time in a professional, organized and friendly way and offered up a Lyft coupon or 1-day car rental if I needed a ride back after dropping the bike off.

Expensive, service department is a joke. I had a flickering rear turn signal and they suggested that I needed an entire new wiring trunk on the bike! They treat women with disrespect, as do the beeper riders group.

I just ordered some oil drain plug washers and they came right away. Great service. I will be buying all my parts from A&S from now on.

I have done a lot of business with A&S Powersports for many years going back to 2005. Randy and Tim have always provided excellent service. They have one of the best BMW techs in Northern Californian with Jim Anthony, who has forgotten more about motorcycles that most people will ever know. A&S has supported the local community and more importantly the local motorcycling community for a long, long time.

Great service. When you buy a bike there they don't forget who you are as soon as you leave. They are there for you from the first test drive thru warranty issues then thru the dark times after a car takes you out. A motorcycle shop staffed with motorcycle riders.
