Lena, our salesperson was patient & clear while helping us with our choices. The selection is huge. We met Lena’s boss, the store manager and could see why it’s a well run store, as big as it is. We can’t wait for our delivery.

We worked with Usha, the salesperson and David Abelson, store manager. Usha was very kind and helped us pick out our children’s bedroom sets. She was patient, efficient, and respectful. David closed the deal giving us a more than expected return. I definitely recommend coming to see Usha.

I normally never post reviews but that changed when I went into Ashley store in Dublin to buy some furniture. Our sales lady Usha was so helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend if you’re looking for furniture ask for Usha at Ashley in Dublin CA.

I went to checkout furniture today at the Dublin store, met this very nice lady she was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. I had the best Ashley comfort test on their Tempur-pedic mattress as well and I will be back to get myself one. They have the best financing options as well. Would recommend anyone to pass by and ask for Winnie.

The manager was calm & offered us great deals. The sales people were a little rushed when they approached us but we waited a while to get help. We were motivated so when we crossed paths with the manager, his great deal reassured us of the purchase. Another sales man was kind enough to help us load the sofa set on to the car. Overall, it was our first purchase at Ashley & we got a great deal & the manager & gentleman who helped us load really turned this 3 star in to a 5 star.

Usha was our sales person. We purchased a recliner sofa and love seat and a couple of other things. My true review will be only after I receive the product and it's fully assembled. The shopping experience with Usha was excellent and she took care of all our needs.

Both the service and the store is nice! Well lit and clean organized. They were greeting us right away and a sales person was helping us. First time at this store and we realized it is not for us. The displayed furniture are not lasting type, the color options are bland or very safe: lack of better word unimpressive. We like colors and furniture you use for a generation. The costs are friendlier than nearby furniture store but you get what you pay for. We are not Ashley customers that is all, and very certain there are many that love it too! So nothing personal, just personal preference we would opt else, for more lasting quality and domestic craftsmanship in mind. Now the fact their service persons and the place being nice and professional we rate accordingly even if we will never return, but they service a crowd we are not part of and seen to be doing well!

It’s an unscrupulous business. I’ve ordered a sofa with 3 little tables from them 6 months ago. They delivered sofa as expected and asked to wait for several weeks for the tables. After 3 months in I came over the place (because they never answer the phone) and the customer service person pretended to check something and told me the tables will be delivered next week. They didn’t. I came over again and the story repeated. I came over the third time and asked for refund. Same customer service person pretended the refund is done and I’ll see it in 3 business days. I didn’t see the refund either.

Usha, her manager David and Sondy took such great care of us! We have gotten sofas and dining set from them and incredible service! Definitely recommend not only for the furniture but for the outstanding service!

The savings is not worth the headache. Several pieces were either delayed (even thought the salesperson said they were in stock) or they came damaged. In the past year since we ordered our furniture, we have had five different technician visits and waiting for our sixth one next month. We have had parts incorrectly ordered multiple times and each time they don't order it correctly, they have to send a technician out to inspect the part. One technician left in the middle of a repair and didn't come back, another one broke a chair and didn't say anything and left us to discover the problem, and the supposed technician manager talked about how great he was and his repair to our drawer didn't work and he didn't order one part correctly and didn't even order another part at all. And each time someone messes up, you have to go through a painful process of trying to get ahold of someone at Ashley, for them to find your order again, and then for them to schedule another technician.

I would like to thank to my saleswoman Galilea and her managers who went above and beyond for me to be completely satisfied buying my furnitures with them. I had some problems with the delivery guys and the furnitures at the beginning, but they were able to assist me and fix the situation successfully. Also, I really recommend Galilea for anyone who really wants a great shopping experience.

Purchased new furniture. So far No delivery on friday. Late calling us. Rescheduled for Saturday and then they were late for the Saturday appointment also very disappointed at Ashley and who they have delivering their furniture this would probably keep me from going back and getting anything else from Ashley

They never answer the phone, I had one “new” girl answer the phone and then say she would have her manager call me. I waited about a week. Never got a call back, I called numerous amounts of time without ever getting a call. I finally decided to just reach the general department because I needed to return the couches only to be denied because I only had 72 hours to call for return.

I've made several purchases from Ashley furniture and this last time was awful. I placed my order months ago and have yet to receive my furniture. I understand COVID-19 has impacted daily functions however, I find it irresponsible to accept someone's money for products they cannot deliver/provide and lie about having it in a few weeks.

I purchased furniture from Ashley's Furniture along with the there premium protection plan and when I purchased my furniture I paid in full with cash. The first time I called the protection plan about a stain I had on my sofa I was told that the plan didn't cover that even though the plan clearly states that it covers stains, so I called a carpet cleaning company and they came out and cleaned my sofa. I went into the store a few weeks ago looking for something and while I was there I asked the sales associate about the pillows and cushion on the sofa because they were beginning to go flat, she informed that that my protection plan would replace the pillows and cushion for one time and I needed to call the protection plan company and make sure I have my original invoice, I thank her and left the store. When I called the protection plan company I was told again that was covered under my plan, I have found out through this whole situation that Ashley's Furniture is not the company that they claim to be and the protection plan that they offer customers is not what they claim to be. I have paid for something that doesn't work and when I called there customer relations number to find out how I could just order new pillows and cushion for my sofa the Representative told me I needed to give her a serial number which could be found on either the cushion or on the bottom of the sofa. I have never experience such a rude and unprofessional company in my life from Ashley's customer relations to the employee’s and managers in the store. A very dissatisfied customer will never purchase anything else from that company nor will I ever recommend they store to anyone I know.

THIS STORE IS NOT ADA COMPLIANT! I tried to take my mother in law that is wheelchair bound shopping and I could only get 5 feet into the door. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHEMENT AGAIN, and I WILL BE REPORTING IT!
"Failing to provide wide enough walkways between shelving units can put a retailer in danger of noncompliance with the ADA. A minimum width of 36 inches is required. If the aisle is more than 200 feet long, a passing space of at least 60 inches by 60 inches must be provided. "

My wife and I took a chance at the Dublin location after a horrible experience at the Concord location. We worked with Leon Le. Leon went above and beyond, bridging the gap between sales and distribution. He answered his messages everytime and smoothed over some delivery mistakes. If you're in the market for furniture, go see LEON LE at the Dublin location, you won't be disappointed.

I bought some furniture from them, entire time till the end they said that it’s easy 0% finance scheme for two years, but the sales person did not let us know that we will get that finance in credit card, and he took my sign on the tablet and applied ashley credit card, it’s a bluff because any credit card gives you interest free payments for first two years. They make you fool and apply credit card for you and it’s hard inquiry on your credit.

In Store Buying Experience: The display was good and the associate has given us enough time to show the items. He also created the invoice. However he made mistake on a queen bed and ordered it in bad configuration. He also overcharged my credit card

Delivery: The delivery intimation was good but the delivery boys are not professional. They dragged some furniture on the floor scratching it.

Correcting the Misconfiguration: The sales men corrected the misconfiguration but they wrote a new sale for whatever reason they did not explain.

Adding some extra points: I bought dorrington tv stand from Ashley. Along with it i bought a setup and delivery. The delivery boy came around 9 PM and said they want to keep the item. "They will come tomorrow and assemble it " I said I have bought the setup and delivery so they are supposed to assemble it. Then they called some one ans said that it was their boss and their bos said that this item will not be assembled. I said that I already paid for the setup. Either you setit up or take it away. It was utmost harassment for me and my family. **
