21Worst furniture buying experience of my life! New mattress was delivered yet the techs did not know how to connect it and it was missing brackets to hold split king pieces together. Manager was friendly while we were purchasing but when we had to make multiple trips back to the store for resolution, he acted like he did not know who we were or what our issue was……and left the floor so he did not have to deal with us. We purchased an entire bedroom set and mattress in January 2022 and delivery was just completed in May 2022. While there were delivery issues related to COVID, we are not complaining about these. I will never use Ashley again to purchase furniture, they never fixed our bed, my brother finally was able to get missing brackets from Sealy and finish installation. The sight of the manager running to the back room should have been my clue, they were not willing to assist us with proper bed delivery.
