The manager of store, Chelsea, took great care of me. There was a back order on the furniture that I wanted and she did everything to accommodate me and make sure that I was happy. I definitely recommend this store in Northridge as the associates are all very helpful as well.

Fantastic experience at Ashley furniture store. Sayed Omar and his manager Jeff were very helpful and knew their products very well. They found us exaclty what we were looking for at an exceptional price. 15 minutes is all it took and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend going to Ashley furniture on Tampa in Northridge. I went with my friend Curtis Wang and my staff we walked to Ashley Homestore and went in and browse around the store and looked at Sofas, beds, lamps, and rugs. The cashier was doing good customer service and the men's bathroom it was cleaned.

This Ashleys needs a NEW staff. They are the most disappointing group of people I have has the misfortune to come across. You arrive knowing what you want and have checked out Ashleys online, but they want to walk you around their business and try to sell you smething you do not want, then tell you 'that stuff online is not at our store'. When you are disabled with bad knees and they March you around an acre of furniture, it is painfull

Angeles helped me today. She was very professional and very helpful. I initially just came to buy something for my son but I ended up spending $4700 for me as well. It was a pleasure working with her and I will definitely be back and refer my acquaintants.

I personally recommend this place to anyone looking for quality furniture. While you’re shopping ask for Teresa Alcarez. She is awesome and made our experience enjoyable easy and affordable. Will definitely be coming back to see her.

Fell short of my ex expectations.

I purchased a "Manager's Special" Cal King adjustable bed on Thursday 03/25. I asked my rep if I could get a Regular King instead of a Cal King, she called her Manager over and he said that the price was based only on the Cal King because they had sold out in all other sizes and that they had a Bunch of these sitting in their warehouse. I made it extremely clear that if they could not deliver by the coming weekend then we had no deal. They assured me that delivery would take place on Sunday 3/25. I was called on Sunday morning at around 8 A. M.to be informed that they did not have this bed in stock. I feel that they had no intention of delivering on the agreed upon date. I visited the store on Sunday 3/25 to make sure that my purchase was voided and there were 2 other clients that where there because the had experienced a similar situation.

As a Sales Representative at the Northridge location, I personally bend-over- backwards to assist all my customers with excellent customer service. Also, the quality of service that I give my customer is to make them feel very grateful and satisfied before they leave the store. Amazing customer service! Emad and Emad were so knowledgeable about the pieces and helped us pick the right ones. They were honest and had our best interest in mind, it was so refreshing!

We went to Ashley’s store in Northridge tonight with my wife to buy a coffee table. Not only we bought a very beautiful table but also we found such an amazing sales person named OMAR and very nice manager who helped us as best as he could. They were very patient, nice, friendly, and awesome

Me and my husband purchased the bed frame and matress and we are very happy and thankful to Heyam the sales person who help us and being patient with us, she did all her best to help us, we highly recommend her for being the best customer service and we are very satisfied, the delivery is really fast also
