I went to Ashley Furniture to buy a sectional sofa. Sam Franco helped me and went above and beyond. He showed me multiple sectionals and was patient with me as I made my decision. While there I remembered that I also needed a night stand. He helped me choose the best one matching my dresser at home. If you need to make any type of furniture purchase ask for Sam Franco in the Colton location. He will take care of. He is professional and very knowledgeable.

So disappointing! My 82 year old mother needed a new bed and she was given a quote, but the employee gave us a minute to discuss it between us, but then sent a different employee back over to us. After an hour of trying to sell her a more expensive mattress he would not honor the price she was originally given. The first guy “left due to an emergency”
Apparently they did the same thing to another couple we talk to when we were leaving (with no purchase) They play games with the price, and it’s sickening that they put my mother through that. Just be honest and sell the dang furniture!

The worst ever. Very nice when you buy, lied about delivery date, then stop answering the phone and do not give follow up. I had to wait more than 3 months in order to collect all my items. We understand the changes and adjust with the Covid-19 situation, but still, have some deligency to update the customer, especially after spending more than $9000 on furniture in your freaking store. Disgusting service. Please do not let you fool by them, they will not deliver your item, they will eventually, but 3 to 5 months after. NOW YOU GUYS ARE AWARE.

Over priced, they Jack Up the prices then give you a discount so you think you are getting a deal. I found the couch at another place same item less money.

Ashley Drivers come into the 7-11 on Tippecanoe every morning. Today, there were 6 of them. Everyday they visit this store to buy coffee and NONE OF THEM WEAR MASKS IN THE STORE. They park the Ashley Trucks on the side of the store. This Pandemic is REAL. If your employees don’t care about endangering innocent people, this is NOT a place where I will ever shop again. When I asked the 7-11 employee why he allows them in without masks, he stated that he did NOT want to lose customers. For a 1.85 cent cup of coffee, they are allowing your employees to endanger lives.

Once they get your money, the service is terrible. Impossible to get a hold of anyone who can help. I would go into detail but I've already wasted 60+ hours over the past couple months trying to sort my order our and waiting for deliveries that never come or bring damaged furniture.

If I could give zero stars I would. I can write an essay about my experience here at Ashley's Furniture but I won't. Why? Because when I went in to explain my situation with the manager and the store manager all I received in response was "it's a he said, she said. " I will not be back, nor recommend this place to anyone. It's been a month and I'm still having issues. First my furniture now on my billing.

In store customer service is attentive. We purchased 2 major furniture items both had severe damage. Return customer service is impossible to get a hold of someone. Phone wait was half hour and yet the warehouse does not answer the phone. After 1/2 hr wait no one answers phone.

Esteban was our sales guy, he treated us well. Most of their sales people are not professional but I would recommend still trying them out.

Day 3 and we still haven't solved our return solution. I've called the store and 2 customer service numbers no answer.horrible experience. Going to have to drive 30 miles and take everything back and hopefully I wont have to go through any BS about returning damaged goods. FRUSTRATING

Horrible Service Workers Just Wanna Make Money Don’t Care About the Customers. Asked a Question and Worker was Rude Saw Other Customer and Walked Away I’ll will File a Discrimination Complaint With Corporate. I’ll Also Be Calling The Attorney Generals Office and Reporting Issue.

Had A terrible experience from start to finish Ashley sold me a table that was so defective that after I complained about it they pulled it and only gave you back half my money also picking up your furniture here is a disaster so many people waiting for hours just to get their furniture so I made an appointment and still had to wait long before I got my stuff

Ashley marks up their furniture by almost 200% in their store. I found the exact couch I bought in Mathis Brothers Furniture for $509 after buying my couch for $950. On top of that, the customer service is horrible. I will never buy from Ashley again.

I purchased a dining room server that was delivered while I at work, when I got home to inspect it, the glass door fell off. I called the store the same day to inform then of the incident, I was told a new door would be ordered, that was in late April, it is June 9th I still do not have the replacement door.very poor customer service, after the amount of $$$$ I spent. Now I am going to file a written complaint. Should have done so in the beginning.
